D. Persyaratan dan Pendaftaran


1. Persyaratan
a. Peserta merupakan mahasiswa FKIP/FIP Negeri yang masih aktif terdaftar
pada PD Dikti Kemdikbud.
b. Lomba bersifat Tim/kelompok yang beranggotakan maksimum 3 orang
mahasiswa.
c. Setiap Perguruan Tinggi diperbolehkan mengirimkan maksimal 2 (dua) tim
mahasiswa pada lomba karya tulis ilmiah ini.
d. Peserta tidak sedang mengikuti lomba lain yang menjadi serangkaian acara
FORKOM FKIP NEGERI 2021.
2. Pendaftaran
a. Peserta wajib mengirimkan gagasannya dalam bentuk ringkasan eksekutif
b. Peserta wajib mengupload surat pernyataan orisinalitas karya. Format surat
orisinalitas karya yang dapat didownload di menu unduh pada website
kegiatan
c. Peserta wajib mengikuti/memfollow instragram panitia.

3. Persyaratan Penulisan
a. Karya tulis yang dikirimkan bersifat orisinil dan belum pernah menjadi juara
pada perlombaan atau event sejenis
b. Gagasan ditulis dan dikirimkan dalam bentuk Microsoft word dan PDF
c. Gagasan ditulis dalam format yang disediakan panitia (format bisa diunduh di
website kegiatan.
d. Gagasan ditulis dengan menggunakan bahasa baku dan sesuai EYD

4. Pendaftaran
Pendaftaran dilakukan secara online pada laman website, melalui tahapan sebagai
berikut:
a. Mengisi identitas diri (data pengusul: Ketua dan Anggotanya).
b. Mahasiswa meng-upload surat delegasi yang disahkan oleh pimpinan bidang
kemahasiswaan fakultas (ditandatangani dan distempel).
c. Peserta wajib mengirimkan gagasannya dalam bentuk ringkasan eksekutif
(Lampiran 1).
d. Peserta membayar biaya pendaftaran sejumlah Rp. 100.000/peserta melalui
transfer ke Bank BNI dengan Nomor: 0829235840 atas nama Mifta Rizka.
e. Mahasiswa meng-upload resi pembayaran pendaftaran sebelum batas waktu
yang sudah ditentukan dalam timeline.
f. Peserta yang sudah mendaftar dan melakukan pembayaran tidak dapat
membatalkan keikutsertaan dalam lomba dan dana tidak dapat diminta
kembali;
g. Peserta meng-upload Full Paper sebelum batas waktu yang sudah ditentukan
dalam timeline.
h. Peserta meng-upload hasil uji Turnitin (cek plagiarisme).
i. Untuk 6 Artikel KTI terbaik yang dinyatakan lulus sebagai finalis wajib
melakukan registrasi ulang dan mengupload:
1) Full paper dalam bahasa inggris
2) File power point (filetype: ppt, pptx atau pdf) dalam bahasa Indonesia dan
bahasa Inggris.

E. Petunjuk Penulisan
1. Sifat dan Isi Tulisan
a. Gagasan merupakan ide inovatif dari hasil penelitian maupun non penelitian.
b. Original (gagasan bersifat asli/bukan jiplakan) dan belum pernah
dipublikasikan pada media apapun dibuktikan dengan hasil uji turnitin).
c. Kritis (gagasan berisi telaah kritis terhadap suatu permasalahan yang actual
sesuai tema yang ditentukan panitia).
d. Inovatif (gagasan memuat hal baru dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang
ditemukan).
e. Aplikatif (gagasan dapat diimplementasikan dalam menyelesaikan masalah
yang ditemukan).
f. Sistematis (gagasan dituliskan sesuai dengan sistematika yang dibuat oleh
panitia).
g. Tidak memuat unsur SARA.

2. Petunjuk Penulisan
Penulisan gagasan ditulis dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah berbahasa Indonesia
berdasarkan template yang sudah disediakan. Edit/isikan pada tiap-tiap bagian tanpa
merubah font (ukuran dan huruf) serta posisi yang ada pada template.

3. Sistematika Penulisan
Penulisan gagasan karya tulis ilmiah ini mengikuti pola artikel ilmiah dan ditulis
maksimal 10 halaman. Adapun bagian-bagiannya adalah bagian awal, bagian inti dan
bagian penutup yang terangkum dalam format penulisan.

4. Format
Format penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dapat dilihat pada Lampiran 2.

F. Kriteria Penilaian dan Penghargaan


1. Tahapan Penilaian Penyisihan dan Finalis
a. Tahapan Penyisihan KTI
1) Dilakukan oleh dewan juri yang sudah ditentukan panitia.
2) Penilaian dilakukan untuk menentukan 6 KTI yang lolos sebagai finalis.
b. Tahapan Finalis KTI
(a) Penilaian bagi finalis terpilih dengan Bobot KTI adalah 60% dan Bobot
Presentasi adalah 40%
(b) Penilaian presentasi dilakukan secara luring di Pekanbaru, Riau (Saat
acara puncak Forkom FKIP Negeri 2021)
(c) Presentasi KTI dapat dilakukan dalam Bahasa Indonesia.
(d) Teknis penilaian presentasi secara lebih lanjut akan diumumkan
kemudian, bersamaan dengan pengumuman finalis

b. Peserta yang menjadi finalis berhak mendapatkan e-sertifikat sebagai finalis,
c. 3 KTI finalis dengan nilai tertinggi pertama, akan diterbitkan di prosiding
URICET-2021 (mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku).
