SETTING MIKROTIK DASAR

1. Baca petunjuk pengerjaan.

2. Gambar topologi jaringan.
3. Hubungkan kabel sesuai pada gambar.
4. Login ke Winbox.
5. Reset MikroTik.
6. Login kembali ke Winbox.

MENGHUBUNGKAN KE INTERNET

1. Masuk menu Interfaces, melihat apakah Ether1 dan Ether2 sudah running.
2. Masuk menu IP => Addresses
Setting IP pada Ether1, IP Ether2, dan IP wlan1.
3. Masuk menu IP => DNS
Setting DNS
Servers : 8.8.8.8
Servers : 1912.168.12.1 (gateway ISP)
Klik “Allow Remote Requests”
4. Masuk menu IP => Firewall => Tab NAT
Setting NAT
Pada Tab General : Chain = srcnat
Pada Tab Action : Action = masquerade
5. Masuk menu IP => Routes
Tambahkan Routes baru dengan klik tanda PLUS
Dst. Address : 0.0.0.0/0 (artinya semua jaringan)
Gateway : 192.168.12.1 (gateway ISP)
6. Masuk menu New Terminal
Test PING ke 8.8.8.8
Test PING ke google.com
MENGHUBUNGKAN LAN (KE KOMPUTER)

Jika komputer disetting manual, maka tidak ada setting untuk LAN.
Jika komputer disetting otomatis, maka menggunakan DHCP Server.

1. Masuk Menu IP => DHCP Server

2. Tambahkan DHCP Server baru dengan klik tombol "DHCP Setup"
a. DHCP Server Interface : ether2 (ether yang terhubung dengan komputer)
b. DHCP Address Space : Terisi otomatis
c. Gateway for DHCP Network : Terisi otomatis
d. Addresses to Give Out : Pool Address, jumlah alamat yang akan diberikan untuk client
e. DNS Server : Terisi otomatis
f. Lease time : Terisi otomatis
3. Buka CMD (Command Prompt) pada komputer
Test PING ke 8.8.8.8
Test PING ke google.com

MENGHUBUNGKAN KE WIRELESS

1. Masuk menu Wireless

2. Masuk Tab Wifi Interfaces
3. Klik pada wlan1, dan pilih centang (enable)
4. Double klik wlan1
5. Masuk Tab Wireless
Mode : ap bridge
Band : 2GHz-B/G atau B/G/N
SSID : nama Wi-Fi
Apply => OK
6. Masuk ke Tab Security Profiles
Tambah baru dengan klik tanda PLUS
Name : (bebas)
Mode : Dynamic Keys
Authentication Types : WPA PSK dan WPA2 PSK
Masukkan password
OK => Selesai
7. Masuk Tab Wifi Interfaces
8. Double klik wlan1
9. Masuk Tab Wireless
Security profile : pilih profil yang sudah dibuat
Apply => OK
10. Masuk menu IP => DHCP Server
11. Tambahkan DHCP Server baru dengan klik tombol "DHCP Setup"
a. DHCP Server Interface : wlan1 (interface wireless)
b. DHCP Address Space : Terisi otomatis
c. Gateway for DHCP Network : Terisi otomatis
d. Addresses to Give Out : Pool Address, jumlah alamat yang akan diberikan untuk client
e. DNS Server : Terisi otomatis
f. Lease time : Terisi otomatis
SETTING HOTSPOT

1. Masuk menu IP => Hotspot

2. Buat Hotspot dengan klik tombol "Hotspot Setup"
a. Hotspot Interface : wlan1
b. Local Address of Network : Terisi otomatis
c. Address Pool of Network : jumlah alamat yang akan diberikan untuk client
d. Select Certificate : none
e. IP Aaddress of SMTP Server : 0.0.0.0 (biarkan)
f. DNS Servers : terisi otomatis
g. DNS Name : contoh.net (alamat untuk masuk login page)
h. Username dan Password : (bebas)
i. OK => Selesai
