Frasa ini rasanya sangat tepat untuk menggambarkan konsep simplicity  yang diusung oleh tim
arsitek Studié kali ini. Desain rumah minimalis yang berlokasi di Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten
ini justru tampak menarik berkat formasi bentuk geometris dasar yang simpel, material-material
sederhana, menghindari dekorasi yang rumit, dan dengan repetisi struktur bangunan yang teratur.

Fasad Sederhana yang Tampil Manis

Kesederhanaan desain rumah minimalis  ini dimulai dari fasadnya. Fasad dibangun tanpa
dekorasi. Material yang digunakan hanya dilapisi cat warna putih. Bangunan mengadopsi
bentuk geometris yang simpel dengan atap datar. Begitu pula dengan pagar rumah.

Gerbang rumah terbuat dari besi yang dipadukan dengan kawat kasa dan seluruhnya dicat
warna putih. Motif persegi panjang yang ditata teratur menjadi pilihan motif untuk gerbang.
Motif gerbang ini menguatkan nuansa desain minimalis pada fasad. Adapun, gerbang besi
dipadukan dengan dinding kamprot dan roster beton yang memberi kesan tangguh.
Sementara itu, bagian jendela dan pintu juga tak memiliki detail yang rumit. Jendela hanya
berbentuk persegi panjang yang terbagi menjadi tiga bagian dengan kusen berwarna hitam.
Sedangkan, pintu terbuat dari kayu yang menampilkan warna asli kayu tanpa polesan apa pun.
Untuk fasad bangunan, tim arsitek Studié menambahkan sentuhan manis berupa material  roster
beton. Roster beton dengan lubang-lubang persegi panjang ditata menjulang menyentuh atap datar.
Berukuran sepertiga bagian depan rumah, susunan roster beton ditempatkan pada salah satu sisi
depan bangunan. Di balik dinding roster beton, tim arsitek Studié merancang sebuah ruang duduk
santai. Furnitur berbahan rotan dan kayu bersanding serasi dengan beton tanpa finishing di
sekitarnya. Beberapa pot tanaman hias menjadikan sudut sederhana ini tampak begitu manis.
Minimalist Home Design that is Simple but Looks
Sweet
This phrase feels very appropriate to describe the
simplicity concept promoted by the Studié architect
team this time. This minimalist house design, located
in South Tangerang City, Banten, actually looks
attractive thanks to the formation of simple basic
geometric shapes, simple materials, avoiding
complicated decorations, and with regular repetition of
building structures.
A simple facade that looks cute
The simplicity of this minimalist home design starts
from the facade. The facade is built without decoration.
The material used is only coated with white paint. The
building adopts a simple geometric shape with a flat
roof. Likewise with the fence of the house.
The gate of the house is made of iron combined with
wire mesh and all painted white. Rectangular motifs
that are arranged regularly are the choice of motifs for
the gate. This gate motif reinforces the feel of a
minimalist design on the facade. Meanwhile, the iron
gate is combined with kamprot walls and concrete
roster which gives a tough impression.
Meanwhile, the windows and doors also do not have
complicated details. The window is just a rectangle
which is divided into three parts with a black frame.
Meanwhile, the door is made of wood which displays
the original color of the wood without any polish. For
the facade of the building, the Studié architect team
added a sweet touch in the form of concrete roster
material. Concrete roster with rectangular holes
arranged soaring touching the flat roof. Measuring a
third of the front of the house, the concrete roster
arrangement is placed on one side of the front of the
building. Behind the walls of the concrete roster,
Studié's team of architects designed a relaxing sitting
room. Furniture made of rattan and wood goes hand in
hand with the unfinished concrete around it. Several
pots of ornamental plants make this simple corner look
so sweet.
