Komposisi :
Tiap 10 mL mengandung:
Aminofilin......................................2,4 %
Natrium klorida (NaCl)..................0,5 %
Aqua Pro Injeksi ad........................100 %
Komposisi :

Aminophylline................................2,4 %
Sodium Chloride (NaCl) ................0,5 %
Aqu Pro Injection ad ......................100 %

Farmakologi:
Farmakokinetik : Diabsorbsi dengan baik, tetapi absorbsi
dapat bervariasi sesuai dengan dosis. Aminofillin dapat
diberikan secara I.V. Metabolisme terjadi di hepar dan
diekskresi melalui urine.
Farmakodinamik : Aminofillin meningkatkan kadar siklik
AMP, menyebabkan terjadinya bronkodilatasi.
Indikasi:
Untuk meringankan dan mengatasi serangan asma bronkial
Kontra Indikasi:
Hipersentif terhadap Aminofilin atau komponen obat.
Penderita tukak lambung, diabetes.
Dosis:
Di suntikkan secara perlahan-lahan pada intravena
Peringatan dan perhatian:
Hati-hati dalam menggunakan
HARUS DENGAN RESEPobat ini, sedang menderita
DOKTER
penyakit jantung seperti gangguan irama jantung, syok,
kardiogenik, dan gagal jantung
Efek Samping :
Tidak untuk pemakaian jangka panjang
Penyimpanan :
Simpan di tempat sejuk dan terlindung dari cahaya matahari
Pharmacology :
Pharmacokinetics : Absorbed well after, but absorption can
vary according to the dose. Aminophylline can be given I.V.
Metabolized by liver and is excreted through the urine.
Pharmacodynamics : Aminophylline increase levels of
cyclic AMP, causes bronchodilation.
Indication :
To relieve and avercome bronchial acid attacks
Contra indication :
Hypersentive to aminophylline or drug components,diabetic
gastric ulcers.
Dosage:
Injected slowly with intravenals
Warning and attention:
The liver is using this drug, is suffering from heart disease
such sd heart disorders, cardiogenic shock and heart failure
Side Effect :
Should be avoided prolonged
Storage :
Store in a cool place and protected from sunlight
