Quality Control
Kontrol kualitas (Quality Control atau QC) adalah operasional teknis dan aktivitas pengujian
yang dilakukan untuk mencapai persyaratan mutu atau memperoleh data yang valid.

Pengendalian Mutu
Adalah Internal
kegiatan pencegahan dan pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing
laboratorium secara terus-menerus agar tidak terjadi atau mengurangi kejadian
erorr/penyimpangan sehingga diperoleh hasil pemeriksaan yang tepat.

Preanalitik : Fiksasi Spesimen, Pengiriman Spesimen, Identifikasi Spesimen , Data Klinik yang
adekuat, dan Pencatatan.
Analitik : Intra-operative frozen section, final diagnose, kualitas potongan histologi, spesimen hilang
selama prosessing, blok dan slide labelling.
Pascaanalitik : kesalahan penulisan, kesalahan verifikasi, kesalahan pengiriman hasil, laporan tidak
lengkap, dan IHK, TAT & frekuensi pengulangannya Turn around time (TAT).
