APOTEKER

Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai apoteker dan telah
mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker dan juga terdaftar dalam Badan
Pengawas yaitu Ikatan Apoteker indonesia.

Tenaga teknis kefarmasian adalah tenaga yang membantu apoteker dalam

menjalani pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terdiri atas :

1.Sarjana Farmasi

2.Ahli madya farmasi

3.Analis farmasi

Tugas utama Apoteker memastikan keamanan penggunaan obat sebelum

diberikan kepada pasien dan juga menyeleksi obat-obatan yang masih bisa
digunakan maupun obat kadaluarsa.

Tugas utama seorang Apoteker selain meneyleksi dan memastikan keamanan

obat ada beberapa tugas lain yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang apoteker
diantaranya:

1. Memberikan obat kepada pasien sesuai dengan resep dokter

2. Memastikan tidak terjadi interaksi obat
3. Meracik obat
4. Berkolaborasi dengan profesional kesehatan lainnya untuk merencanakan
dan mengevaluasi efektivitas suatu obat terhadap pasien.
5. Memastikan apotik mematuhi peraturan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah
tentag penjualan obat-obatan .
6. Menawarkan saran klinik dan obat-obatan yang dijual bebas, untuk
beberapa penyakit ringan seperti batuk ,pilek dan sakit tenggorokan.
7. Memastikan pasien mendapatkan bantuan yang tepat.
Apoteker bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan
, dan bahan habis pakai dirumah sakit yang menjamin seluruh rangkaian kegiatan
perbekalan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai
ketentuan yang berlaku serta memastikan kualitas , manfaat, dan apabila
diperlukan apoteker dapat membuat salinan resep sesuai dengan resep asli dari
dokter.

Apoteker merupakan profesional dalam bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam

memberikan informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi pasien ,
Apoteker juga menjadi bagian dari tim pelayanan kesehatan yang bekerja disuatu
farmasi.

Meskipun apoteker bertugas memberikan obat, Apoteker tidak boleh sembarangan

meresepkan obat kepada pasien , terutama obat keras, hal ini merupakan
malpraktik sangan berisiko dan sangat membahayakan pasien

Apoteker yang bertugas harus memiliki Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker.

PHARMACIST
Pharmacist is a pharmacy graduate who has graduated as a pharmacist and has
taken the oath of office of pharmacist, and has also been registered with the
supervisory body , namely the indonesian pharmacist association

Pharmaceutical technical personel are personel who assist pharmacists in carrying

out pharmaceutical work consisting of :

1. Bachelor of pharmacy
2. Pharmacology expert
3. Pharmaceutical analyst

The main task of the pharmacist is to ensure the safe use of drugs before they are
given to patients and also to select drugs that can still be used or expired drugs.

The main task of a pharmacist in addition to selecting and ensuring drug safety,
there are several other tasks that must be mastered by a pharmacist including :

1. Give medicine to the patient according to the doctor’s prescription

2. Ensure that there are no drug interactions
3. Mix medicine
4. Collaborate with other health professionals to plan and evaluate the
effektiveness of a drug for patienst
5. Ensure that pharmacist comply with the regulations set by the government
regarding the sale of drugs
6. Offering clinical advice and over the counter medicines, for some minor
ailments such as coughs, colds and sore throats.
7. Ensure the patient gets the right help

Pharmacists are responsible for the management of pharmaceutical

preparations,medical devices , and consumables in hospitals which ensures the
entire series of activities for supplying pharmaceutical preparations , medical
devices and consumables in accordance with applicable regulations and ensures
the quality , benefits and if necessary pharmacist can make copies original
prescription from the doctor.

pharmacists are professionals in the health sector who play a role in providing
information about drugs that will be consumed by patients, pharmacists are also
part of a health service team that works in a pharmacy.

Although pharmacists are in charge of giving drugs, pharmacists should not

arbitrarily prescribe drugs to patients, especially hard drugs, this is a very risky
malpractice and very dangerous for patients. The pharmacist on duty must have a
pharmacist's practice permit.
