•  Layanan panggilan untuk penanganan kondisi gawat darurat, eskalasi
penanganan, informasi ketersediaan fasilitas RS dan rujukan
•  Lokasi layanan di Dinas Kesehatan/lainnya sebagai pusat komando dan
terhubung dengan jejaring fasyankes
•  Waktu operasional 24 jam, senin sd minggu

•  Dinas Kesehatan / RS bertanggung jawab menyediakan SDM petugas, ruangan


serta prasarana pendukung
•  Telkom menyediakan system (hardware/soDware), konekFvitas, aplikasi,
training dan pendampingan operasional
•  Sistem yang disiapkan Telkom mengintegrasikan antara Pusat Komando dengan
jejaring fasyankes secara realFme melalui layanan suara dan data.
•  Keseluruhan akFvitas antara pemanggil, pusat komando dan jejaring fasyankes
memiliki recording dan reporFng

•  Media panggilan dapat dikembangkan menajdi layanan omni-channel seperF
sms, email, social media,chat dsb
•  Pengembangan layanan mobileapss
