- Jika sisi back terdapat cacat core hole maks 1cm maka harus di dempul
rata
- Conditioning setelah dempul : 2 jam
- Sander paper two head : 60 mesh
- Speed sander two head : Max 35 m/menit
- Adjust Thickness : 4,10 mm
7 Proses 5 ply (pasang face back)
- Berat labur : 29 gr/ft2
- Cold press : 8,5 kg/cm2
- Cold press time : 40 menit
- Hot press : 8,5 kg/cm2
- Hot press time : 40 detik
- Hot press temperature : 105 C
8 Potong sizer : 4,8 x 1220 x 2263 mm
9 Dempul face saja
10 Proses sander
- Head 1 : 120 mesh
- Head 2 : 180 mesh
- Head 3 : 240 mesh
- Speed : max 60 m/menit
- Adjust Thickness : 4,95 mm
