SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Lomba Vlog
➢ Tempat/Sarana : Sosial Media Youtube
➢ Waktu : 28 September 2022 – 12 November 2022

A. KETENTUAN PESERTA
a) Lomba tidak dipungut biaya (Gratis)
b) Jenjang SMP - SMA
c) Individu
d) Setiap peserta hanya boleh mengirimkan 1 vlog durasi max 180 detik (3 Menit)

B. SPESIFIKASI LOMBA
a) Durasi vlog maksimal 180 detik (3 menit).
b) Vlog harus mencantumkan & menyebutkan #WafifestVlog, #Wafifest.
c) Vlog yang menggunakan bahasa Inggris
d) Vlog tidak mengandung unsur penghinaan terhadap SARA, pornografi, radikalisme,
kekerasan atau nilai yang melanggar aturan/hukum/norma yang berlaku.
e) Vlog bersifat originall, tidak plagiasi, tidak melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual pihak
manapun dan belum pernah dilombakan sebelumya.
f) Semua hasil karya yang telah didaftarkan menjadi hak milik panitia. Panitia berhak
menggunakan karya vlog tersebut untuk kepentingan panitia dengan tetap
mencantumkan kredit pengunggah video.
g) Vlog bertemakan kegiatan sekolah
h) Keputusan dewan juri bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat

C. PENGIRIMAN KARYA
a) Penamaan unggahan video dengan format sebagai berikut;

b) Vlog diunggah ke media sosial youtube dengan membubuhkan hashtag #VlogWafifest

c) Peserta wajib follow @wafifest.male (Instagram) dan wajib subscribe Kreatif
Multimedia Santri (Youtube)
d) Sosial media tempat mengunggah tidak diperkenankan di setting private. Bila karya
tidak dapat dilihat panitia maka dinyatakan didiskualifikasi.
e) Peserta wajib mengisi formulir pendaftaran (klik di sini)
f) Link Vlog dikirimkan kepada panitia bersama dengan formulir pendaftaran melalui
email: Wafifest.male@gmail.com dengan subjek email: Peserta Lomba Vlog Wafifest

D. KRITERIA PENILAIAN
a) Kesesuaian ide dengan tema
b) Nilai motivasi dan inspirasi positif yang terkandung dalam vlog
c) Teknis (alur, editing, kualitas video, dll)

E. Waktu Pelaksanaan
a) Pendaftaran : 28 September – 30 Oktober 2022
b) Penyerahan Karya : 31 Oktober 2022 – 7 November 2022
c) Tahap Penjurian: 8 – 11 November 2022

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vlog Competition
➢ Place/Platform : Media social Youtube
➢ Time : 28 September 2022 – 12 November 2022

A. PARTICIPANT TERMS
a) The competition is free of charge (Free)
b) Middle school - high school level
c) Individual
d) Each participant can only send 1 vlog with a maximum duration of 180 seconds (3
Minutes)

B. COMPETITION SPECIFICATIONS
a) Maximum vlog duration is 180 seconds (3 minutes).
b) Vlogs must include & mention #WafifestVlog, #Wafifest.
c) Vlogs in English
d) The vlog does not contain elements of insulting racial intolerance, pornography,
radicalism, violence or values that violate applicable rules/laws/norms.
e) The vlog is original, does not plagiarize, does not violate the intellectual property rights
of any party and has never been contested before.
f) All works that have been registered become the property of the committee. The
committee has the right to use the vlog work for the benefit of the committee while
still including the credit for uploading the video.
g) The theme of the vlog is about school activity
h) The jury's decision is final and cannot be contested

C. DELIVERY OF WORKS
a) Vlog are uploaded to Youtube by including the following caption;

b) Vlogs are uploaded to social media youtube by affixing the hashtags #VlogWafifest
and #WafiFest
c) Participants must follow and tag works to @wafifest.male (Instagram) and Subscribe

d) Social media where uploading is not allowed in private settings. If the work cannot be
seen by the committee, it will be disqualified.
e) Participants must fill out a registration form (click here)
f) Vlog link sent to the committee along with the registration form via email:

g) Maximum submit : 7 november 2022

D. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
a) Matching the idea with the theme
b) The value of positive motivation and inspiration contained in vlogs
c) Technical (flow, editing, video quality, etc.)

E. EXECUTION TIME
a) Registration : 28 September – 30 October 2022
b) Submission of Works : 31 October 2022 – 7 November 2022
c) Judging Stage: 8 – 11 November 2022
