Cancellations made at least 1 day(s) prior to selected visit date are eligible for up to 100% refund of the original
price.
This voucher’s validity period can’t be rescheduled.

Traveloka App version 3.18 and above or Traveloka desktop website).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This test is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) only.

Customers must present a Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/family card/Indonesian passport) of each
person taking the test.
Customers who are under the age of 17 may use a valid Family Card (Kartu Keluarga).
The antigen swab test will take approximately 20 minutes. The printed results will be available 40 minutes after
taking the test.
Customers are allowed to request a soft copy of the result which will be sent through email.
COVID-19 antigen test results are not valid for flights departing to certain destinations. Check up-to-date travel
regulations at traveloka.com/en-id/safe-travel and read the official guidelines from airport authorities before
booking.
Customers are advised to read the official guidelines from airport authorities before scheduling a test.
RS Siti Hajar and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to incorrect,
incomplete, or expired documents.
