Strategi Aliansi Dalam Industri Alat Medis Di Indonesia 3
Dalam kasus industri alat-alat medis terdapat empat strategi yang telah di modifikasi
yang digunakan oleh perusahaan multinasional (MNC) empat strategi itu meliputi (1) wholly
subsidiary with the licence agreement (2) purchasing contract (3) non contractual
collaboration (4) non-equity contractual collaboration and equity alliance. (Pratono & Ratih)
Strategi yang paling sering digunakan oleh multi national company adalah Joint
venture.Dengan menggunakan joint venture perusahaan multinasional akan berkolaborasi
atau bekerjasama dengan perusahaan lokal yang mana perusahaan lokal memiliki
kemampuan mengelola jaringan pelanggan yang tinggi dan juga perusahaan lokal dapat
mengelola pasar nasional dengan kuat [ CITATION Che20 \l 1033 ] dengan menggunakan
strategi ini nantinya perusahaan akan lebih mudah untuk memasarkan produknya dengan
