ELECTRICAL HAZARDS
Electricity can and does kill. There are people being
electrocuted every day – electricity is unseen and unheard.
Never try to repair or maintain electrical equipment yourself if
you are not qualified / licensed to do so. Always stop using
cords and/or appliances when they are not working correctly,
or pose an obvious hazard - such as having frayed cords, are
tripping out circuit breakers etc.
Report faulty equipment and complete an incident report if an
incident or near miss has occurred – find this form in the QHSE
document library.

BAHAYA LISTRIK
Listrik dapat dan bisa membunuh. Ada orang-orang setiap hari terbunuh
oleh listrik - listrik tidak terlihat dan tidak terdengar.
Jangan pernah mencoba untuk memperbaiki atau memelihara peralatan
listrik sendiri jika Anda tidak memenuhi syarat / lisensi untuk
melakukannya. Selalu berhenti menggunakan kabel dan / atau peralatan
ketika mereka tidak bekerja dengan benar, atau menimbulkan bahaya
yang jelas - seperti memiliki kabel berjumbai, yang tersandung keluar
pemutus sirkuit dll
Laporkan peralatan yang rusak dan lengkapi laporan insiden jika insiden
atau hampir kecelakaan telah terjadi - temukan formulir ini di
perpustakaan dokumen QHSE .
