PENDAHULUAN
An induction motor is a device
that is often used as the main
driver of industrial operations.
The main reason is because
induction motors have high
reliability and relatively lower
costs
system that can be used for
monitoring and knowing the
interference of an induction
Background motor which aims to provide
early warning of damage and to
see the condition of the
induction motori
However, the induction motor
is still sometimes damaged so
it must be stopped. This will
certainly harm the company
because it will affect the

◦ The hardware design in this final project has a 100%
percentage completed. Hardware design includes the
implementation of tool design. Figure below is a picture of the
implementation of hardware design along with the details.

The power meter reading test aims to ensure that the tool
can work well and the output data is in accordance with the
measuring instrument The power meter testing here uses a
multimeter by matching the measurement results of the
multimeter with the results of the power

measurements obtained from the sensor. In this test, the
temperature sensor measurement results will be
compared with the thermogun measurement results

Multi Layer After input and output data have been made, the next step is
to dismantle as well as the training process in MATLAB.

Perceptron During this training, several setting variables will be


determined, such as the number of hidden layers, the

Anlysis number of neurons or nodes, the activation function, and the


amount of literacy that we will use.

Setelah berhasil dalam melakukan melakukan pengolahan
data dengan melakukan training di software Matlab
menggunakan metode Multilayer Perceptron – Neural
Network, maka alat akan dioperasikan untuk mengetahui
Pengujian akan alat bekerja sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Pada
ada gangguan maka relay akan otomatis mematikan motor
Alat relay bekerja secara NC jadi apabila diberi sinyal high maka
relay akn memutuskan sambungan contoh seperti pada
gambar Relay dan gambar monitoring kegagalan sebagai
monitoring pada saat ada gangguan.
