yang besar
KEBIJAKAN PUBLIKASI ILMIAH
PUBLIKASI ILMIAH
Publikasi ilmiah dipercaya berperan penting
dan menjadi salah satu indikator kemajuan
suatu negara. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah
publikasi ilmiah, perguruan tinggi mewajibkan
calon lulusan S-1, S-2, dan S-3 di Indonesia
mempublikasikan karya ilmiahnya di jurnal.

Selain itu, dosen di perguruan tinggi dan

peneliti di litbang dalam proses penjenjangan
jabatan wajib mempublikasikan hasil
penelitiannya melalui buku, prosiding, dan
jurnal ilmiah, baik nasional maupun
internasional.
 Dengan demikian,
sangatlah wajar apabila
Sebuah karya ilmiah
bermutu harus melewati
proses penelaahan
(review) yang ketat oleh
mitra bestari (peer
group) dan ditunjuk oleh
penerbit ilmiah yang ber
wibawa.
PUBLIKASI ILMIAH
Selain karya yang dihasilkan harus
bermutu, tempat publikasi juga harus
dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria yang
menjamin kelayakan suatu naskah
(baik dari segi substansi maupun
tampilan) sesuai dengan standar dan
kaidah yang telah ditentukan.

Kewajiban dosen dan peneliti

adalah mengomunikasikan ilmu
pengetahuan, baik hasil penelitian,
pengembangan, pemikiran, kajian,
maupun analisis ilmiah.

Jabatan Fungsional Dosen dan
Angka Kreditnya
Peraturan angka kredit peneliti
berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala LIPI
Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang
Petunjuk Teknis Jabatan Fungsional
Peneliti yang mengatur jenis dan
kriteria publikasi sesuai dengan
jenjang jabatan (LIPI 2014).
Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor
14 Tahun 2015 tentang Guru dan
Dosen pada pasal 60 dinyatakan
bahwa dalam melaksanakan tugas
keprofesionalan, dosen
berkewajiban antara lain melakukan
publikasi ilmiah sebagai salah satu
sumber belajar.
Peraturan Menristekdikti Nomor 20
Tahun 2017 tentang Tunjangan
Profesi Dosen dan Tunjangan
Kehormatan Profesor mewajibkan
dosen yang memiliki jabatan
akademik Lektor Kepala dan
Profesor untuk melakukan publikasi
ilmiah
Sanksi bagi 01 02
profesor dan lektor

dapat memenuhi sebagai pengurangan dilakukan pada tahun
