Pada awal kehamilan Setelahkehamilan 12 minggu
penebalan uterus distimulasi lebih penambahan ukuran uterus
terutama olehhormon didominasi olehdesakan dari
esterogen dan sedikit oleh hasil konsepsi
TRIMESTER progesteron

I 03
Pada akhir kehamilan 12 minggu uterus akan
menyentuh dindingabdominal mendorong usus
seiring perkembangannya,uterus akanmenyentuh
dinding abdominal mendorong usus kesamping,
dan keatas,terus tumbuh hingga hampir
menyentuh hati
TRIMESTER II

Bentuk uterus pada kehamilan empat bulan

berbentuk bulat sedangkan pada akhir
kehamilan berbentuk bujur telur.

Pada kehamilan lima bulan,rahim teraba

seperti berisi cairan ketuban dan dinding
rahim terasa tipis
TRIMESTER II

Posisi rahim :

1. Pada empat bulan kehamilan, rahim

tetap berada pada rongga pelvis.
2. Setelah itu, mulai memasuki rongga
perut yang dalam pembesarannya dapat
mencapai batas hati.
3. Rahim yang hamil biasa nya mobilitas
nya, lebih mengisi rongga abdomen
kanan atau kiri
TRIMESTER II

Pada kehamilan 16 minggu, kavum uteri

seluruh nya di isi oleh amion dimana desidua
kapsularis dan desidua vera (parietalis) telah
menjadi satu.Tinggi TFU terletak antara
pertengahan simpisis pusat. Plansenta telah
terbentuk seluruh nya. Pada kehamilan 20
minggu, TFU terletak 2-3 jari di bawa pusat.
Pada kehamilan 24 minggu, TFU terletak
setinggi pusat.
Pada trimester III , istmus uteri
lebih nyata menjadi corpus uteri
dan berkembang menjadi
segmen bawah uterus atau TRIMESTER III
segmen bawah rahim.
Pada kehamilan tua, kontraksi
otot-otot bagian atas uterus
menyebabkan SBR menjadi lebih
lebar dan tipis (tampak batas
yang nyata antara bagian atas
yang lebih tebal dan segmen
bawah yang lebih tipis).Batas ini
dikenal sebagai lingkaran
retraksi fisiologik
02 SERVIKS
TRIMESTER I
Serviks menjadi lunak yang disebut
dengan tanda Goodell, banyak jaringan
ikat yang mengandung kolagen

kelenjar servikal membesar dan

mengeluarkan banyak cairan mukus
karna pertambahan dan pelebaran
pembuluh darah, warnanya menjadi
lipid yang disebut tanda Chadwick
TRIMESTER II

Serviks bertambah dan menjadi lunak

yang disebut dengan tanda gooldell.
Kelenjar endoservikal membesar dan
mengeluarkan cairan mucus. Oleh karena
pertumbuhan dan pelebaran pembuluh
darah, warnanya menjadi lipid yang disebut
tanda Chadwick.
TRIMESTER III

Pada minggu akhir kehamilan,

protaglandin mempengaruhi penurunan
konsentrasi serabut kolagen pada serviks.
Serviks menjadi lunak dan lebih mudah
berdilatasi pada waktu persalinan

OVARIUM
TRIMESTER I

Proses ovulasi selama kehamilan akan terhenti

dan pematangan folikel baru juga ditunda.hanya
satu korpus luteum yang dapat ditemukan di
ovarium. volikel ini akan berfungsi maksimal
selama 9-1 minggu awal kehamilan. Dan setelah
itu akan berperan sebagai penghasil progesteron
dalam jumlah yang relatif minimal.
TRIMESTER II

Saat ovulasi terhenti masih dapat corpus

luteum graviditas sampai terbentuknya
plasenta yang mengambil alih pengeluaran
estrogen dan progesterone (kira-kira pada
kehamilan 16 minggu dan corpus luteum
graviditas berdiameter kurang lebih 3 cm).
TRIMESTER III

Ovulasi terhenti, fungsi pengeluaran

hormone estrogen dan progesterone diambil
alih oleh plasenta.
04 VAGINA DAN
VULVA
 TRIMESTER I

Minggu ke- 8 terjadi hipervaskularisasi

sehingga vagina tampak merahdan
kebiruan, ph vagina menjadi lebih
asam. Dari 4 menjadi 9.6
menyebabkan rentan terhadap infeksi
vagina. Mengalami deskuamasi atau
pelepasan elemen epitel pada sel-sel
vagina akibat stimulasi estrogen
membentuk rabas vagina disebut
leukore (keputihan). Hormon
kehamilan mempersiapkan vagina
supaya distensi selama persalinan
dengan produksi mukosa vagina yang
tebal, jarinagan ikat longar, hipertropi
otot polos dan pemanjangan vagina.
 Hipervaskularisasi pada
vagina dapat menyebabkan
hypersensivitas sehingga
dapat meningkatkan libido
TRIMESTER II atau keinginan atau
bangkitan seksual terutama
pada kehamilan trimester
dua.
 TRIMESTER III

Dinding vagina mengalami banyak perubahan

sebagai persiapan untuk persalinan yang seringnya
melibatkan peregangan vagina. Ketebalan mukosa
bertambah, jaringan ikat mengendor, dan sel otot
polos mengalami hipertrofi. Juga terjadi peningkatan
volume sekresi vagina yang berwarna keputtihan dan
lebih kental.
PAYUDARA
 Mamae akan membesar dan
tegang akibat hormon
somatomotropin, esterogen dan
progeteron, akan tetapi belum
mengeluarkan ASI. Vena vena

TRIMESTER I dibawah kulit juga akan lebih

terlihat. Areola mamae akan
bertambah besar pula dan
kehitaman. Kelenjar sebasea
dari areola akan membesar dan
cenderung menonjol keluar
dinamakan Tuberkel
Montgomery
 Pada kehamilan diatas 12
minggu dari puting susu dapat
keluar cairan kental kekuning
kuningan yang disebut
Kolustrum. Kolustrum ini berasal
dari asinus yang mulai
bersekresi selama trimester II.
TRIMESTER II Pertumbuhan kelenjar mamae
membuat ukuran payudara
meningkat secara progresif. Bila
pertambahan ukuran tersebut
sangat besar, dapat timbul stria
stria seperti pada abdomen.
 Pembentukan lobules dan
alveoli memproduksi dan
mensekresi cairan yang kental
kekuningan yang disebut
TRIMESTER III Kolustrum. Pada trimester ke III
aliran darah di dalamnya lambat
dan payudara menjadi semakin
besar.
