Pengertian Pengorganisasian

Kata “organisasi” mempunyai dua pengertian umum.

Pertama menandakan suatu lembaga atau kelompok

fungsional, seperti organisasi perusahaan, rumah sakit,
perwakilan pemerintah atau suatu perkumpulan olahraga.

Kedua berkenaan dengan proses pengorganisasian, sebagai

suatu cara dalam mana kegiatan organisasi di alokasikan dan
ditugaskan di antara para anggotanya agar tujuan organisasi
dapat tercapai dengan efisien.
Pengorganisasian merupakan suatu
proses untuk merancang struktur formal,
mengelompokkan dan mengatur serta
membagi tugas-tugas atau pekerjaan
diantara para anggota organisasi.
agar tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai
dengan efisiein.

Pengertian Struktur Organisasi

Struktur Organisasi dapat didefinisikan sebagai mekanisme-

mekanisme formal dengan mana organisasi dikelola.
Menunjukan kerangka dan susunan perwujudan diantara fungsi-
fungsi, bagian-bagian maupun orang-orang yang menunjukan
kedudukan, tugas dan wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang
berbeda-beda dalam suatu organisasi.

Struktur ini mengandung unsur-unsur spesialisasi kerja, standar

disasi, koordinasi, sentralisasi atau desentralisasi dalam
pembuatan keputusan dan besaran (ukuran) satuan kerja.

Pembagian Kerja

Tujuan organisasi adalah untuk mencapai tujuan bersama-sama

di mana individu-individu tidak dapat mencapainya sendiri.
Tiang dasar pengorganisasian adalah prinsip pembagian kerja.

Contoh dalam team sepak bola, ada manajer tim, kepala

pelatih, asisten pelatih, dokter tim, penjaga gawang, dan pemain
lainnya.

Departementalisasi Fungsional
Departementalisasi Fungsional mengelompokkan fungsi-fungsi yang sama atau kegiatan
kegiatan sejenis untuk membentuk suatu satuan organisasi
Departementalisasi Fungsional yang digunakan pada tingkatan
manajemen puncak dalam membagi empat fungsi utama bisnis-
produksi, pemasaran, keuangan dan personalia (kepegawaian).
 Departementalisasi Divisional
Struktur organisasi divisional atas dasar produk. Setiap departemen bertanggung jawab atas suatu
produk atau sekumpulan produk yang berhubungan (garis produk).divisionalisasi produk adalah
pola logic yang dapat diikuti bila jenis produk mempunyai teknologi pemrosesan dan metoda-
metoda pemasaran yang sangat berbeda satu dengan yang lain dalam organisasi.
Organisasi Proyek dan Matriks
Struktur Proyek dan Matriks bermaksud untuk mengkombinasikan kebaikan-kebaikan kedua
tipe disain fungsional dan divisional dengan menghindarkan kekurangan-kekurangannya.
Kedua bentuk departementalisasi proyek dan matriks mencakup cara-cara penggabungan
personalia organisasi dengan berbagai spesialisasi untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas.
Struktur Orgaanisasi Proyek. Departemntalisasi proyek menyangkutnpembentukan tim-tim ,
spesalis, yang diperlukan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan khusus. Seperti ditunjukan gambar
dibawah ini. Seorang manajer proyek mempunyai wewenang lini mempimpin para anggota
tim selama jangka waktu proyek. Bila proyek telah diselesakan, tim dibubarkan, dan para
anggota tim kembali departemen-depertemen fungsional asalnya, sampai ada proyek baru.
Struktur organisasi matriks. Departementalisasi matriks adalah sama dengan
departementalisasi proyek dengan satu perbedaan pokok. Dalam struktur matriks, para
karyawan mempunyai dua atasan sehingga mereka berada di bawah dua wewenang. Rantai
perintah pertama adalah fungsional atau divisional.
Organisasi matriks dikembangkan pertama kali dalam industry ruang angkasa. Tetapi akhir-
akhir ini konsep organisasi matriks banyak dikembangkan teruama pada perusahaan-
perusahaan konstruksi, kontraktor, perusahaan-perusahaan konsultan, kantor-kantor akuntan,
dan organisasi-oraganisasi lain yang bekerja dengan banyak proyek yang mempunyai waktu
