DEFINISI

KANKER SERVIKS

Keganasan yang berasal dari serviks. Serviks merupakan sepertiga bagian bawah
uterus, berbentuk silindris, menonjol dan berhubungan dengan vagina melalui
ostium uteri eksternum.

Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit kanker perempuan yang menimbulkan kematian

terbanyak akibat penyakit kanker terutama di negara berkembang. Diperkirakan dijumpai
kanker serviks baru sebanyak 500.000 orang di seluruh dunia dan sebagian besar terjadi di
negara berkembang.

dikelompokkan pada stadium lB.

lebih 3,0 mm dan Iebar horizontal

I A2 lnvasi ke Stroma lebih dari 3 mm tapi
FIGO 2000 kurang dari 5 mm dan perluasan horizontal
tidak lebih dari 7 mm.
STADIUM I B Lesi yang- tampak terbatas pada servi~ks
atau secara mikroskopik lesi lebih luas
dari staclium I A2.
I B1 Lesi yang tampak tidak lebih dari 4 em dari

GEJALA DAN TANDA
Tanda-tanda dini kanker serviks mungkin tidak menimbulkan gejala.
Sekret vagina yang agak berlebihan dan kadang disertai dengan bercak
perdarahan. Gejala umum yang sering terjadi berupa perdarahan
pervaginam (pascasanggama, perdarahan di luar haid) dan keputihan.

Pada penyakit lanjut keluhan berupa keluar cairan pervaginam yang berbau busuk,
nyeri panggul, nyeri pinggang dan pinggul, sering berkemih, buang air kecil atau
buang air besar yang sakit.

DIAGNOSIS
ANAMNESIS
Perdarahan (contact
bleeding, perdarahan saat
berhubungan intim) dan
