 Fisiologi Ginjal, Ureter, Kandung Kemih dan Uretra
Sistem urinary adalah sistem organ yang memproduksi, menyimpan, dan mengalirkan urin. Pada manusia, sistem ini terdiri dari 2
ginjal, 2 ureter, kandung kemih, 2 otot sphincter dan uretra,

GINJAL
• Kedudukan ginjal di belakang dari kavum abdominalis di belakang perituneum pada kedua sisi vertebra lumbalis III melekat
lansung pada dinding abdomen
• Fungsi ginjal :
- Mengeluarkan zat toksik/racun
- Keseimbangan cairan
-Keseimbangn asam basa
-Mengeluarkan sisa metabolisme (ureum, kreatin dll)

• Manusia memiliki sepasang ginjal yang terletak di belakang perut /abdomen. Ginjal ini terletak kanan dan kiri tulang belakang,
di bawah hadi dan limfa. Dibagian atas (soperior) ginjal terdapat kelenjar adrenal (juga disebut kelenjar suprarenal)
• Ginjal bersifat retroperitoneal, yang berarti terletak dibelakang peritoneum yang melapisi rongga abdomen. Kedua ginjal
terletak di sekitar vertebrata T12 hingga L3. Ginjal kanan biasanya terletak sedikit dibawah ginjal kiri untuk memberi tempat
untuk hati.
• Sebagian dari atas ginjal terlindungi oleh iga ke sebelas dan duabelas. Kedua ginjal di bungkus oleh 2 lapisan lemak (lemak
perirenal dan lemak pararenal) yang membantu meredan goncangan.
Ginjal adalah organ eksresi dalam vertebrata yang berbentuk mirip kacang.Sebgai bagian dari sistem urine, ginjal
berfungsi menyaring kotoran (terutama urea) dari darah dan membuangnya bersma dengan air dalam irine. Cabang dari
kedokteran yang mempelajari ginjal dan penyakitnya disebut nefrologi.
LAPISAN GINJAL :
• Setiap ginjal terbungkus selaput tipis (kapsula renalis) berupa jaringan fibrus berwarna ungu tua.
• Lapisan ginjal terbagi atas : -Lapisan luar (lapisan korteks/substantia kortekalis)
- Lapisan dalam ( yaitu medulla/ substantia medularis)
• Unit fungsional dasar dari ginjal adalah nefron yang dapat berjumlah lebih dari satu juta buah dalam satu ginjal
normal manusia dewasa. Nefron berfungsi sebagai regulator air dan zat terlarut (terutama elektrolit) dalam tubuh
dengan cara menyaring darah, kemudian mereabsrorsi cairan dan molekul yang masih diperlukan tubuh. Molekul dan
sisa cairan lainnya aka di buang. Reabsorpsi dan pembuangan dilakukan menggunakan mekanisme pertukaran lawan
arus dan kotranspor. Hasil akhir yang kemudian diekresikan disebut urin.
