 Phbs (perilaku hidup bersih sehat)
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) adalah semua perilaku yang
dilakukan atas kesadaran sehingga anggota keluarga atau keluarga
dapat menolong dirinya sendiri di bidang kesehatan dan berperan aktif
dalam kegiatan- kegiatan kesehatan dimasyarakat (Maryunani A,
2013).

Etiologi phbs
Keturunan, motif tertentu, norma
 Persentase angka penerapan PHBS
pada tatanan rumah tangga
mengalami peningkatan dari 50,1%
tahun 2010 naik menjadi 53,9% tahun
2011, tahun 2012 56,5%, kemudian
turun menjadi 55% tahun 2013. Ini
berarti anggota keluarga yang sudah
menerapkan PHBS masih sangat
rendah. Dikarenakan menurut
capaian tahun 2013

Diagnosa keperawatan
1) Resiko terjadinya penyakit Diare pada warga di Desa kebon besar Kecamatan kosambi Kabupaten tangerang berhubungan dengan
sanitasi lingkungan dan pengelolaan kandang ternak yang kurang baik

2) Resiko terjadinya penurunan derajat kesehatan lansia di Desa kebon besar Kecamatan kosambi Kabupaten tangerang berhubungan
dengan ketidaktahuan lansia menangani penyakit dan kemauan lansia untuk memeriksakan penyakitnya kepelayanan kesehatan

3) Resiko penyimpangan perilaku pada remaja di Desa kebon besar Kecamatan kosambi Kabupaten tangerang berhubungan dengan
kurangnya informasi kesehatan

4) Resiko terjadinya penyakit ISPA pada warga di desa kebon besar kecamatan kosambi kabupaten Tangerang berhubungan dengan
kebersihan lingkungan yang kurang baik dan kurang kesadaran warga memelihara lingkungan
