Adalah alat yang dipergunakan untuk :
Mengetahui arah penyimpangan lampu utama.
Penyimpangan sinar kekiri & kekanan,hasil data
uji adalah derajat ( ° )
Arah pancaran/ ketinggian lampu jauh keatas &
kebawah.
Kekuatan pancar/ Intensitas cahaya lampu
utama (hasil data uji adalah Candela/cd)
bawah.
Kekuatan pancar/ Intensitas cahaya lampu

DAYA PANCAR DAN ARAH SINAR LAMPU UTAMA

Pasal 70
Daya pancar dan arah sinar lampu utama sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam Pasal 64 ayat (2) huruf g meliputi :
a. daya pancar lampu utama lebih dari atau sama dengan 12.000
(dua belas ribu) candela;
b. Arah sinar lampu utama tidak lebih dari 0 34’ (nol derajat tiga puluh
empat menit) ke kanan dan 1 09’ (satu derajat nol sembilan menit) ke
kiri dengan pemasangan lampu dalam posisi yang tidak melebihi 1,3%
(persen) dari selisih antara ketinggian arah sinar lampu pada saat
tanpa muatan dan pada saat bermuatan.

berfungsi
b. Alat uji sudah dikalibrasi
c. Lakukan prosedur pengoperasian :
- ON kan Power
- Pilih Menu/Tombol sesuai perintah Alat uji
Lakukan warming up Alat uji sesuai petunjuk Pabrik

PERSIAPAN KENDARAAN UJI

d. Tekanan angin ban harus sesuai spesifikasi
e. Batere Kendaraan dalam keadaan daya
optimal(Fully Charge).
PERSIPAAN PENGUJI
Penguji menggunakan APD seperti masker, sarung
tangan, dan helm
1. Tempat uji harus dalam keadaan gelap dan tidak memantulkan cahaya.
2. Lantai Ruang uji rata air
3. Tempatkan Kendaraan uji dalam keadaan tegak lurus ke arah Head Light Tester
4. Hidupkan Kendaraan dalam posisi netral dan idle
5. Atur jarak antara lampu utama kendaraan dengan Head Light Tester sesuai petunjuk Pabrik Alat
uji
7. Tarik alat ketengah tengah kendaraan dan atur lensa agar tegak lurus dengan kendaraan
dengan menggunakan sinar laser Hidupkan Lampu utama Jauh kanan, ukur kuat pancar
dan penyimpangan sinar lampu utama kanan.
8. Hidupkan Lampu utama dekat kanan, ukur kuat pancar dan penyimpangan sinar lampu utama
dekat kanan
9. Hidupkan lampu utama jauh kiri, ukur kekuatan pancar
dan penyimpangan sinar lampu utama kiri
