 Ginjal merupakan organ
retroperitoneal
 Berfungsi untuk mengatur
elektrolit
 Mengosongkan medial kedalah
ureter
 ureter berjalan ke inferior kedalam
pelvis dan memasuki kandug
kemih
 Urin disimpan sementara
dikandung kemih sampai akan
keluar melalui uretra
 Bagian yang melebar dari
system pengumpulan urin
terlatek di hilus
 Pelvis renalis mengalir ke
ureter
 Panjang 25-30 cm dan berdiameter
3 mm.
 Masuk ke posterolateral dan
arahnya melengkung kebawah
 Lalu kedalam dan anterior untuk
memasuki trigonum kandung
kemih di kedua sisi garis tengah.

• Pielonefritis adalah peradangan ginjal, biasanya karena infeksi bakteri.

• Gejala yang paling sering termasuk demam dan nyeri panggul.
• Gejala lain mungkin termasuk mual, terbakar saat buang air kecil, dan sering
buang air kecil.
• Komplikasi mungkin termasuk nanah di sekitar ginjal, sepsis, atau gagal ginjal.

Vesicoureteral Reflux
• is the abnormal flow of urine from bladder back up the tubes (ureters) that
connect the kidneys to bladder.
• It can happen if the valve between the ureter and the bladder does not work
properly, as the result of a congenital defect or a urinary tract
infection (UTI). Vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) can also cause an infection,
because bacteria can develop in the urine.
