 Background

Seorang guru dalam mendidik peserta didiknya harus memahami pengetahuan tentang
psikologi belajar. Sehingga guru dapat mengetahui bagaimana peserta didiknya belajar.
Peserta didik yang beragam latar belakang akan mempengaruhi cara ia belajar dan cara
guru mengajar. Sehingga seorang guru dalam hal ini dituntut dapat menerapkan cara
mengajar sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didiknya. Seorang guru sudah tentu harus
memahami teori-teori belajar. Proses tentang belajar sebagai proses psikologi, terjadi di
dalam diri seseorang dan karena itu sukar diketahui dengan pasti bagaimana terjadinya

Teori Ilmu Daya
Dipelopori oleh Saiz dan Wolf. Teori ini menyatakan bahwa jiwa
(faculty manusia terdiri dari berbagai daya seperti daya berfikir daya perasaan,
Psychologi) daya mengingat, daya mencipta, daya tanggapan, daya kemauan dsb.
Menurut pandangan teori ini, ilmu pengetahuan yang diperoleh
melalui belajar hanyalah bersifat hafalan belaka yang biasanya jauh
dari pengertian dan pemahaman.
Teori Ilmu Jiwa
Asosiasi Disebut juga teori Sarbond (stimulus, respons, dan bond). Rangsangan
diciptakan untuk memunculkan tanggapan kemudian dihubungkan
antara keduanya dan terjadilah asosiasi. Teori asosiasi berprinsip
bahwa keseluruhan itu sebenarnya terdiri dari penjumlahan bagian-
bagian atau unsur-unsurnya.

Teori Konekteonisme

Teori Connectionism
memandang bahwa organisme
(juga manusia) sebagai
mekanismus yang hanya
bergerak atau bertindak jika
ada perangsang yang
memengaruhi dirinya.
Teori Conditioning
Oleh Pavlov. Tepri Conditioning ini
memandang bahwa segala tingkah laku
manusia tidak lain adalah hasil dari
conditioning, yaitu hasil dari latihan-
latihan atau kebiasaan-kebiasaan
mereaksi terhadap perangsang-
perangsang tertentu yang dialami di
dalam kehidupannya lainya.
Teori Ilmu Jiwa Jiwa dalam filsafat Al-Kindi yaitu elemen yang mempunyai
Daya Berfikir kehormatan, kesempurnaan, berkedudukan luhur, dan substansinya
berasal dari substansi Sang Pencipta. Daya berpikir itu disebut akal.
Berfikir adalah gejala jiwa yang dapat menetapkan hubungan-
hubungan antara pengetahuan kita.

melakukan dengan cara menghafal kata-kata
atau angka, istilah-istilah asing, dan
sebagainya, melatih ketajaman berpikir
seseorang dengan cara memecahkan masalah
dari yang sederhana sampai yang kompleks,
meningkatkan daya fantasi seseorang dengan
membiasakan diri merenungkan sesuatu

Teori belajar menurut Ilmu Jiwa
Daya dapat diterapkan dalam
pembelajaran yang menuntut
hafalan, sedangkan teori belajar
menurut Ilmu Jiwa Berfikir tepat
diterapkan dalam pembelajaran
yang memerlukan pemahaman.
Adapun teori belajar menurut Ilmu
Jiwa Asosiasi tepat digunakan
dalam pembelajaran yang menuntut
penerapan.
