Pastel Renyah Bahan kulit : 200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang 50 gr tepung maizena 50 gr margarine 1/2 sdt kaldu

ayam 1 butir telur 1/2 sdt garam 25 ml air Bahan isi : 3 sdm margarin utk menumis 4 siung bawang putih 8 buah bawang merah 200 gr daging ayam cincang halus 75 gr wortel, potong dadu 1 sdt garam 1 sdt merica bubuk 1/2 sdt gula pasir 100 ml susu cair 2 batang daun bawang, iris halus Pelengkap : 2 butir telur ayam rebus, kupas, iris membujur Minyak goreng Cara : 1. Isi : panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan ayam, masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan wortel, bubuhi garam, merica, gula. Masak hingga wortel layu. Tuangi susu, masukkan daun bawang. Masak hingga kering. Angkat. Dinginkan. 2. Kulit : aduk semua bahan kulit sampai berbutir. Diamkan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit. 3. Giling kulit dengan gilingan mi dengan ketebalan 5mm. Cetak dengan diameter 9cm. 4. Ambil selembar kulit. Beri isi dan potongan telur ayam rebus. Pilin. 5. Celupkan pastel dalam minyak panas. Matikan api. Biarkan bergelembung. Nyalakan api kecil. Goreng sampai kering. 6. Utk hasil yang renyah goreng pastel setengah matang, dinginkan lalu masukkan kulkas 15 menit baru goreng. Dan pastel dapat digoreng setengah matang dan disimpan didalam freezer. Saat akan disajikan, keluarkan pastel sampai sesuai suhu ruangdan goreng dengan api sedang sampai matang.
