NIFAS NORMAL, NEONATUS NORMAL DAN KUNJUNGAN

Continuity of care is midwifery care that implements the functions, activities and
responsibilities of midwives in the service that is provided to clients who have a need or
problem obstetrics (pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, neonatal, family
planning, reproductive health of women, and community health services) in a
sustainable manner to obtain services.
The purpose of this case study is to provide comprehensive obstetric care
services in Ny. S during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, neonatal, and the
initial visit acceptors with the method COC and SOAP documentation.
Articles used method of data collection is interview, observation and
documentation (photos, books KIA).
During pregnancy Ny. S ANC regulary conduct that is 7 times during pregnancy,
childbirth stage 1 to stage IV continued as normal and there were no complications.
When neonates conducted three visits, babies under normal conditions, the growth of
normal, no abnornalities in infants Ny. S. In puerperal made four visits, did nout occur
bleeding and signs of infection as well as the period of involution and decrease fundus
went well and the mother decided to use injectable KB 3 months on 10 February 2016 as
method of contraception.
The conclusion is midwifery care at Ny.S given comprehensively managed to
keep Ny.S of complications that occur during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns,
postpartum, neonatal, family planning, in the process all runing normally.
