ABSTRACT
Hemorrhagic Stroke, blood vessels that shatter brain so that impede the flow

Hemorrhagic Stroke most often due to high blood pressure, which emphasizes the
walls of the arteries to break out. According to the data obtained at the hospital
emergency ward Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, the case stroke is in the
Emergency Installation (IGD) disease big 10, where, during last 6 months, from
March until August 2015 there were 92 clients who brought to IGD with diagnosis
stroke, where 45 clients suffered hemorrhagic stroke.
The purpose of this paper this scientific knowledge and to be able to apply the
theory into practice nursing service on the client with emergency in stroke patients
hemorrhagic. Technical data in the paper this scientific among others use
observation, an interview, participatory process.
Diagnosis that emerged among others are not as effective as bersihan airway
