According to WHO in 2016 it is estimated that one third of the world's population or
about 2 billion people are exposed to hepatitis B virus infection through blood and
body fluids, and 5% of the world's population, approximately 359 million people
suffer from Hepatitis B. This type of research is quantitative with correlational
descriptive design . The approach used in this research is Cross Sectional. The result
of the research showed that the knowledge of the mother of the most knowledge
category was 38 people (50,0%), the attitude of the mother the most negative attitude
category 40 people (52,6%), the most negative mother perception 41 people (53,9%),
most mothers with non-health workers 45 people (59.2%). giving Hb 0
immobilization in infants most category not given immunization Hb 0 47 baby
(61,8%). The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal
knowledge factor with Hb 0 immunization with p <α value. There was a relation
between mother attitude factor with Hb 0 immunization with p = 0,000 value with p
<α value. There was relationship between maternal perception factor with
immunization Hb with p value value <α, There is correlation between factor of
delivering place of delivery by giving immunization of Hb 0 with value of p <α. It is
expected that health workers will add health education even if it is possible for Public
Health Center to give reward to the complete infant providing immunization.
