ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN HIPERTERMI PADA PASIEN DEMAM

THYPOID DI PUSKESMAS SEPUTIH BANYAK LAMPUNG TENGAH TAHUN
2019

ABSTRAK

Demam thypoid merupakan satu-satunya bentuk infeksi salmonela sistemik sebagai akibat
dari bakteriemia yang terjadi. Berdasarkan investigasi dari CDC diperkirakan 21,6 juta kasus
demam thypoid dengan insiden bervariasi dari 100-1000 per 100.000 populasi. Data World
Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan terdapat sekitar 17 juta kasus demam thypoid di
seluruh dunia dengan insidensi 600.000 kasus kematian tiap tahun. Hasil survey pendahuluan
yang dilakukan Di Puskesmas Seputih Banyak dalam 3 tahun terakhir yaitu sejak tahun 2017
sampai sekarang terdapat 120 kasus demam thypoid. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk
melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien demam thypoid dengan hipertermi di
Puskesmas Seputih Banyak. Penuliasan tugas akhir dilakukan pada tanggal 12 sampai 14
Maret 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan format pengkajian, mrngukur
tanda-tanda vital dengan alat thermometer, stetoskop dan jam tangan. Hasil pengkajian ditulis
dalam format pengkajian. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan dengan menyarankan kepada
keluarga pasien untuk mandiri dalam mencegah, meningkatkan dan memepertahankan
kesehatan baik bagi diri sendiri, keluarga, maupun lingkungan, sehungga tercapai derajat
kesehtan yang optimal dan petugas agar memantau keadaan pasien serta berkolaborasi
dengan tim kesehatan lainnya dalam kasus thypoid dengan masalah hipertermi.

NURSING CARE OF HIPERTERIAL DISORDERS IN THYPOID FEVER PATIENTS

IN LAMPUNG TENGAH SEPUTIH BANYAK PUSKESMAS 2019

ABSTRACT

Thypoid fever is the only form of systemic salmonella infection as a result of bacteriemia that
occurs. Based on investigations from the CDC it is estimated that 21.6 million cases of
typhoid fever with incidents vary from 100-1000 per 100,000 populations. Data from the
World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are around 17 million cases of
typhoid fever worldwide with an incidence of 600,000 deaths each year. The results of the
preliminary survey conducted at Seputih Many Health Centers in the last 3 years, namely
since 2017 until now there are 120 cases of typhoid fever. This final project report aims to
implement nursing care for patients with typhoid fever with hypertermia in the Seputih
Banyak Health Center. The final assignment was conducted on 12 to 14 March 2019. The
technique of collecting data using the assessment format, measuring vital signs with a
thermometer, stethoscope and watch. The results of the assessment are written in the
assessment format. Nursing care is carried out by advising the patient's family to be
independent in preventing, improving and maintaining good health for themselves, their
families, and the environment, so that an optimal health level is achieved and officers
monitor the patient's condition and collaborate with other health teams in typhoid cases with
problems hypertermia.
