Abstract, This study aims to help to improve teacher discipline in the implementation of teaching
and learning activities and in line with the teacher's work ethic. The form of this research is
School Action Research (PTS), which was conducted in two cycles and each cycle was conducted
in two meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation,
observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are done by filling in the observation
sheet during the research action process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded
that the application of work ethic coaching by principals is very helpful for teachers in
Elementary School 011 Fullness to further improve self-quality and self-performance
management from a sense of discipline implemented in the process of teaching and learning in
the classroom.
