KATA PENGANTAR

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.


Puji syukur kami panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT atas ridha, rahmat,
hidayah, dan inayahNya sehingga kami mampu menyusun buku Pedoman
Pengorganisasian Rawat Jalan RSI Darus Syifa’ Surabaya hingga selesai. Pedoman
ini tersusun atas kerja sama Direktur, Kepala Bagian Medis, Kepegawaian,
karyawan poli rawat jalan dan unit terkait.
Pedoman pelayanan poli rawat jalan RSI Darus Syifa’ Surabaya ini
merupakan pedoman bagi semua karyawan poli dan unit terkait dalam tata cara
pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan organisasi rawat jalan RSI Darus Syifa’ Surabaya
Dalam pedoman ini diuraikan tentang gambaran umum di Rumah Sakit
Islam Darus Syifa’ Surabaya, Visi, Misi, dan Motto Rumah Sakit. Struktur
Organisasi rawat jalan, uraian jabatan, Tata hubungan Kerja, Pola Ketenagaan dan
Kualifikasi Personil, Penilaian Kinerja, Kegiatan Orientasi, Pertemuan Rapat, serta
Pelaporan rawat jalan.
Tidak lupa penyusun sampaikan terima kasih yang sedalam – dalamnya atas
bantuan semua pihak dalam menyelesaikan Pedoman Pengorganisasian Rawat
