Oleh karena itu, kita dapat mengatakan bahwa organisasi dapat mencapai
keunggulan kompetitif melalui staf yang berbakat dan memiliki keterampilan dan
pengalaman yang sesuai. Para peneliti menyajikan rekomendasi berikut:
perusahaan harus fokus pada peningkatan metode yang digunakan oleh mereka
untuk merekrut kandidat. Dan mereka harus berhenti menggunakan metode
rekrutmen yang memungkinkan intervensi nepotisme dan kronisme dalam proses
ketenagakerjaan, seperti iklan surat kabar.
Selain itu, perusahaan harus melihat pelatihan karyawan sebagai cara
untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dan meningkatkan kinerja dan
memungkinkan mereka untuk memberikan ide-ide baru yang dapat membedakan
