ABSTRAKS

Penggunaan website dalam dunia bisnis merupakan bentuk kemajuan dari

teknologi informasi. Contoh dari kemajuan teknologi informasi pada bidang bisnis
adalah dengan adanya sistem monitoring sebagai media pemantauan data secara
online. PT. A Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center adalah salah satu perusahaan
yang belum menggunakan sistem monitoring berbasis website. Peneliti
menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan SWOT (strength,
weakness, opportunity, threat). Dengan menganalisa kekuatan, kelemahan,
peluang ancaman, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya
penggunaan sistem monitoring diharapkan proses pengelolaan data pasien reparasi
menjadi valid dan proses untuk menjamin agar data dapat terjaga keakuratannya,
kejelasan informasinya dan mengetahui ketepatan dalam mengatasi masalah yang
terjadi sehingga proses rekapitulasi data dan pelaporan data dapat berjalan dengan
baik adalah dengan pemantauan data tersebut. Dengan harapan agar proses
monitoring data dilakukan lebih efisien karena dapat diakses setiap saat oleh
admin Lab PT. A Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center, maka pada penulisan ini
penulis membahas tentang sistem monitoring reparasi alat bantu dengar berbasis
web.

 ABSTRACT

The use of websites in the business world is a form of advancement in

information technology. An example of the advancement of information
technology in the business field is the existence of a monitoring system as a media
for monitoring data online. PT. A Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center is one
company that has not used a website-based monitoring system. Researchers used
the method of observation, interviews, literature and SWOT (strength, weakness,
opportunity, threat). By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities of
threats, researchers can conclude that with the use of a monitoring system it is
expected that the repair patient data management process becomes valid and the
process to ensure that data can be maintained accuracy, clarity of information
and know the accuracy in solving problems that occur so that the data
recapitulation process and reporting data can work well is by monitoring the
data. With the hope that the data monitoring process will be carried out more
efficiently because it can be accessed at any time by admin of the Lab PT. A
Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center, then at this writing the author discusses the
web-based hearing aid repair system.
