Obstruksi Jalan Nafas (Snoring) terhadap Tanda - tanda Vital di Ruang IGD
RSUD R. Syamsudin S.H Kota Sukabumi

Fenomena dengan masalah airway dapat ditemuukan disegala situasi,

khususnya di Instalasi Gawat Darat yang tentunya membutuhkan pertolongan dengan
segera. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran keefektifan penerapan
pemasangan OPA terhadap tanda tanda vital pada pasien dengan gangguan obstruksi
jalan nafas (snoring) di IGD RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH Kota Sukabumi.
Gangguan jalan nafas dapat terjadi secara tiba – tiba dan total, perlahan dan
parsial. Oropharingeal airway merupakan alat untuk membebaskan jalan nafas pasien.
Alat ini difungsikan sebagai pencegahan agar lidah tidak menutup trakea dan
meminimalisasi terjadinya obstruksi jalan nafas
Rancangan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan desain studi kasus
deskriptif. Subyek penerapan prosedur ini adalah dilakukan kepada dua orang pasien
yaitu Ny. X dan Tn. X yang mengalami masalah airway dengan suara snoring diruang
Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD R.Syamsudin S.H kota sukabumi.
Hasil observasi sebelum dilakukan penerapan teknik pemasangan OPA pada
pasien dengan gangguan obstruksi jalan nafas dengan suara snoring dengan hasil
yaitu pemberian tindakan chin – lift, dan pemasangan OPA. Hasil observasi sudah
dilakukan penerapan teknik pemasangan OPA pada pasien dengan gangguan
obstruksi jalan nafas dengan suara snoring di dapatkan bahwa kedua nya sama – sama
dapat memperbaiki patensi jalan nafas
Penerapan teknik pemasangan OPA pada pasien dengan gangguan obstruksi
jalan nafas dengan suara snoring dapat memperbaiki patensi jalan nafas. Pemasangan
oropharingeal airway dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam
pennatalaksanaan pasien dengan gangguan obstruksi jalan nafas dengan suara snoring
di IGD R.Syamsudien SH Kota Sukabumi

of the Airway Obstruction (Snoring) of Vital Signs in the Emergency Room at
RSUD R. Syamsudin S.H Sukabumi City

The phenomenon with the airway problem can be found in all situations,
especially in the Emergency Room which of course requires immediate help. The
purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the
installation of OPA to vital signs in patients with obstruction of the airway
obstruction (snoring) in the emergency room RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH Sukabumi
City.
Airway disorders can occur suddenly and totally, slowly and partially.
Oropharingeal airway is a tool to free the patient's airway. This tool serves as a
prevention so that the tongue does not close the trachea and minimize the occurrence
of airway obstruction.
The design used is a case study, with a descriptive case study design. The
subject of the application of this procedure was performed on two patients namely
Mrs. X and Mr. X who experienced airway problems with snoring sound in the
Emergency Room of RSUD R. Syamsudin S.H Sukabumi City.
The results of observations before the application of the technique for
installing OPA in patients with obstruction of the airway obstruction with sound
snoring with the results of the provision of chin-lift action, and installation of OPA.
The results of observations have been made to the application of OPA installation
techniques in patients with obstructive airway obstruction with a snoring sound that
both can improve the airway patency.
The application of OPA installation techniques to patients with obstructive
airway obstruction with snoring sounds can improve airway patency. Installation of
oropharyngeal airway can be used as a material consideration in the management of
patients with obstructive airway obstruction with snoring voice in the ER R.
Syamsudien SH Sukabumi City.
