PROSEDUR INSTALASI PATRAN NASTRAN 2012

Saran sebelum menginstall:

• Jika di laptop masih ada aplikasi ansys dan sudah tidak digunakan, diuninstall saja. Karena bisa
sedikit mengganggu proses instalasi.
• Jika antivirus sering menyebabkan crash saat instalasi software, lebih baik antivirus
dinonaktifkan terlebih dahulu.

PENGATURAN LICENSE

1. Buka folder “Msc Patran 2012 With Documentation (x86x64)”

2. Buka Msc_calc di folder MSC Patran.
3. Di windows command prompt yang muncul ketik Y. Lalu enter
4. Loading → done → press any key
5. Lalu pastikan date modified dari file “license.dat” (di folder yang sama) adalah hari ini (harusnya
terupdate setelah msc_calc dijalankan).
6. Buka folder MAGNITUDE (di folder yang sama)
7. Jalankan msc_licensing_...3264.exe
8. Muncul windows welcome instalasi klik next
9. Host name klik next
10. Pilih new installation klik next.
11. Destination folder → C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Licensing\11.9 (ketikkan path folder sama persis
seperti pada gambar)

next.
12. License path : arahkan ke licese.dat hasil dari proses no 5.
13. Tidak ada yang dicentang klik next
14. Size installed → next
15. Jika ada 2 notifikasi abaikan. Tekan OK 2x

16. OK
17. Finish

PATRAN

18. Install patran “setup.exe” di folder MSC Patran.

 19. Welcome. next
20. Masukkan user name dan company. next
21. Hanya patran yang di ceklist. next
22. Skinned. next
23. Pilih common features. Pastikan destinasi folder sama(C:\MSC.Software). next
24. Size installed next
25. Tunggu proses instalasi
26. Icon. Next
27. Masukkan lagi lisensi yang sama seperti no 5 dan 12. Next
28. Question yes
29. Installasi software pendukung otomatis (VC)
30. Question associate yes 2x
31. Client config next
32. Question trans .ini yes
33. Compplete finish

NASTRAN

34. Buka folder nastran 2012 di folder awal

35. Jalankan file “Nastran_2012…3264”
36. Welcome next
37. Input nama dan company
38. Pilih complete. Pastikan destination folder sama dengan patran (diawali C:\MSC.Software\...)
39. Size installed next
40. Tunggu proses instalasi
41. Masukkan lisensi yang sama seperti nomor 5 12 dan 27. Next

 44. Folder untuk SCRATCH harus di C paling luar spt gambar diatas (default). Selama folder ini ga
diutak-atik maka patran Nastran bisa dipakai. OK
45. Set memory size → estimate (default). Next
46. 8193 (or probably other values) next
47. Desktop icon. Yes. Ok Proses instalasi nastran selesai
48. Development kit. OK

FINAL
49. Copy license.dat hasil no 5 ke C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Licensing\11.9 (timpa license lama)
50. Buka lmtools.exe di folder yang sama dengan no 49
51. Pilih tab “config settings” atau “config services”
52. Path to the lmgrd.exe file → browse : lmgrd.exe
53. Path to the license file → browse : license.dat (jika tidak muncul ganti file type menjadi “.dat”)
54. Path to the debug log file → browse : lmgrd.log
55. Ceklist “use service” dan “start server at power up”
56. Save service. Yes
57. Buka tab start/stop/reread
58. Ceklist force server shutdown
59. Stop server
60. Start server
61. File exit
62. Copy paste p3config.pl di installer (folder awal) ke C:\MSC.Software\Patran_x64\20121\bin\exe
(replace file lama)
63. Buka start → configuration utility

64. Pilih Nastran

65. Ada banyak baris. Cari Alocalcommand2012 → locate
 66. Cari Acommand2012 → locate
67. Dipaling bawah ganti kolom version dari 2011 ke 2012
68. Close (tutup window)
69. Di layar awal : file→ save and exit
70. LAUNCH PATRAN!
71. Tampilan PATRAN jika berhasil diinstall.

72. PATRAN siap digunakan.

KASUS ERROR

Jika saat membuka PATRAN muncul peringatan sebagai berikut :

Ulangi Langkah 18-33.

Setelah langkah 19 akan muncul pilihan modify, repair, atau delete. Pilih repair.

Kemudian lanjutkan mengikuti Langkah yang mirip2 dengan Langkah 18-33.

Jika sudah selesai coba buka lagi software PATRAN nya.
