Kesimpulan A

Dalam bahasa Inggris, simbol-simbol operasi bilangan dapat ditulis dalam berbagai kata dan
tidak hanya terpaku pada satu kata saja. Sehingga terdapat kata – kata yang berbeda tetapi
artinya sama. Dengan hal ini kita dapat menggunakan berbagai variasi kata untuk
mengungkapkan satu simbol. Contoh : Pada kata yang melambangkan penjumlahan yaitu plus,
more than, sum dll.

Dalam bahasa inggris terlihat bahwa pengekspresian aljabar dan operasi pada bilangan tidak
serta merta sama dengan urutan angka yang disebutkan. Bisa jadi justru angka yang disebutkan
pertama akan berada di bagian akhir. Itu sebabnya sangat penting mengetahui konteks dan
memahami kalimat secara menyeluruh sebelum menuliskannya dalam format angka dan dalam
ejaan bahasa inggris.
