Penerapan Teknik Relaksasi Benson Untuk Menurunkan Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Sectio Caesarea

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang Sectio Caesarea adalah suatu pembedahan guna melahirkan janin lewat insisi pada dinding
abdomen dan uterus pada persalinan buatan, janin dilahirkan melalui perut dan dinding rahim agar anak lahir
dengan keadaan utuh dan sehat. Nyeri pasca operasi apabila tidak ditangani akan menimbulkan reaksi fisik dan
fisiologi pada ibu post partum sehingga perlu adanya cara untuk mengontrol nyeri salah satunya dengan terapi
nonfarmakologis teknik relaksasi Benson. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau efektifitas dari
teknik relaksasi Benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea. Metode ini menggunakan studi
literatur riviewberdasarkan reverensi yang relevan dari judul yang terkait. Sumber datanya dari berdasarkan jurnal
terupdate tahun 2015-2019. Hasil : Berdasarkan 5 jurnal yang sudah di riview hasil yang didapat setelah
melakukan penerapan teknik relaksasi Benson menunjukkan adanya pengaruh teknik relaksasi Benson untuk
menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea.Kesimpulan : Penerapan teknik relaksasi Benson dapat
digunakan sebagai penatalaksanaan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Saran : Peneliti
berharap bahwa tenaga medis dapat menerapkan teknik relaksasi Benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien
post sectio caesarea.

ABSTRACT

Background sectio caesarea is a surgery to give birth to the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and
uterus in artificial labor, the fetus is born through the stomach and uterine wall so that the child is born intact and
healty. Post operative pain if left untreated will cause physical and physiological reactions in post partum mothers
so there needs to be a away to control pain ine of them with nonpharmacological therapy Benson relaxation
teachniques.
The purpose of the study is to kow the effect or effectivetiveness of Benson’s relaxation to reduce pain in the
post’s mother sectio pathway. This method uses a study of the riview literature based on relevant reveries of the
associated title. Data sourse from west based journal update 2015-2019. Results : based on the five juornal
already obtained after the application of Benson relaxation techniques shows the effects of Benson relaxation
teachniques for reducing pain in in posy sectional patients. Conclusion : the application of Benson’s relaxation
technique could be usud as result of a decrease in pain in the post patient seceasing. Suggestion : can apply
Researchers hope that medical staff Benson’s relaxation techniques to reduce pain in post sectio caesarea
patients.
