EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

“Himpunan doa-doa” is a user-friendly platform that offers a variety of prayers

resources, including an executive summary template. Because there are many religious students
who are afraid to recite prayers, we have prepared a total of 11 prayers according to the
occasion and the appropriate circumstances with the community.Besides, we believe this
product is very useful to the community because in Malaysia we always have events every day.
Plus, We also hired prayer readers of caliber and compiled it in a soundcloud platform so that
it is easy for society to hear it when needed. The number of duas will also increase over time.
In addition, It is also very practical because the prayers used are very simple and familiar to
our society. For the time being, we are focusing on Malaysian consumers and listeners to
determine how marketable our products are. At the same time, we use various platforms to
promote our products and we will not charge any fees to our consumers. Our products will also
increase the nature of society's dependence on God as well as promote a sense of peace in
everyone's heart.

PROBLEM STATEMENT.

Today, we can see many people who do not memorize and are fluent in reciting the
Doa-doa which are very important in our daily lives where now this problem is only
underestimated by the Malaysian society today. Those who are often involved and take lightly
about this problem are often teenagers, mosque imams and husbands of a family. This is
because, they belong to the group that is qualified to be a imam and also a leader where the
Doa in our product is a Doa-doa that is often read in ceremonies or after prayers where this
group will often be asked to read like the initial prayer and end of the year, Yassin prayers and
so on in important ceremonies.If the group is not able to recite the Prayers that are asked to be
recited, this will embarrass ourself as a imam and family leader and become the talk of the
community around us. Therefore, our product "HIMPUNAN DOA-DOA" is an application that
has the ability to solve problems that at present the problem is only underestimated by the
Malaysian society today. In addition, it can save them time to find prayer readings on the
internet to read during the ceremony as well as reduce their burden if the prayer is not
memorized by those in need.

PRODUCT BRIEFING
Product Background
Introduced to you our group project’s product which is Himpunan Doa-Doa playlist. This
playlist was designed to help other muslims who need to recite du'a at any time. Our playlist
has various kind of daily du'a that can be practiced easily and assisted by the voice and verses
of the du'a to ensure that the reciting is correct.This playlist idea was sparked by one of our
group members. Among the du'a that we put on the playlist are “Doa Awal dan Akhir Tahun”,
“Doa Yasin” , “Doa solat Terawih”’ and “Doa Majlis”.

Objective
To provide an easy place for Muslim to access some of the most important du'a. Design

Cost
Our product does not involve any cost during the production process. We do not need to hire
any workers as we ourselves can do the work to make the product. Also, our product just needs
to be upload in any platform and we used Soundcloud as our platform which is a free download
and upload music apps. Other people can use it freely without need to pay it and can play the
dua at any time.

Project's Methodology
The playlist is made up of several types of du'a and recitation. We recorded each recitation
using a variety of recording methods. To assure authenticity and originality, the du'a was taken
from trustworthy sources. The process was then carried on by uploading the entire recording
to SoundCloud. To make it easier for users to understand the narration, we included the verse
of the recitation in the lyrics area.

How Is It Functioning
The playlist can be used in the same way that other audio items on the marketplace can. Users
can look up the name of our playlist and begin playing the du'a and recitation they choose at
any time. This product can be utilised by anyone because there is no price to access the playlist,
as the creator's objective is to give a non-profit based playlist that will benefit all individuals
in need.

EFFECTIVENESS OF SOLVING PROBLEM

In a world surrounded by scientific and technological advancements, the evolution of

cellphones is becoming increasingly complex and sophisticated. As can be seen, there are an
increasing number of smartphone users nowadays and of course, provide several advantages
and benefits for humans. In relation with our application ‘Himpunan Doa-Doa’, there are
various ways for users to take advantage of the use of smartphones, especially Muslims to
harness and memorizing their doa greatly.

When users are in a situation where it is compulsory to recite doa and are limited in
time such as after prayer, wedding day, before eating and others, use ‘Himpunan Doa-Doa’ to
assist users as it features dozens of different doa gathered here for different occasion and can
be selected thoroughly and swiftly without wasting time. When people often see verses and
read doas in the ‘Himpunan Doa-Doa’ application, it indirectly makes it easy for users to
memorize a doa. So, these good doas can be practiced in users’ daily life. These doas can also
be shared from the app directly to various social media.

Moreover, when users tend to have difficulty in memorizing nor reciting doa,
‘Himpunan Doa-Doa’ will able to solve thy problem because it presents audio which are
recorded by renowned and infamous ulamak-ulamak themselves for users to hear anytime and
anywhere even during multitasking and also features auto correction when users recite the doa
incorrectly by repeating the doa and displays the correct pronunciation till users are able to
comprehend and recite properly. Using this app daily will guarantee users to harness their
prayers better. So, if users forgot any doas just open this app and read.

Lastly of course, this app ‘Himpunan Doa-Doa’ will assist users in providing specific
prayer for a specific occasion. Users usually twist prayer with another prayer for an occasion.
For instance, users mistakenly recite sleep prayer for eating. As such, this app has a setting
similar to Youtube where it will navigate prayers thoroughly of what the user wants in the app
with the best result by saving and analyzing users search history or last record which will
automatically give prayer recommendation daily to the user. To prevent users from twisting
prayers for an occasion, this app will kindly inform the user by explaining in detail the
difference of the prayers and the meaning of it. Thus, users will not have to google the meanings
or the use of each prayer cause this app will provide everything.

PRACTICALITY OF OUR PRODUCT

Practicality is defined as quality of being practical. As the definition goes, it means that it is
not limited only as theory, but it is tested and proven that it can be used by the consumers,
although it still in probationary state. Being practical means that the product is usable whenever
it is accessed when the consumers need to use it.

Firstly, our product practicality can be defined by its accessibility. It can be accessed by
computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other gadgets. As we know, majority of peoples own at
least one gadget. They can use computer to access our product by opening Sound Cloud website
in their browser. They also can access our product by their mobile phones in the browser, or
the Sound Cloud mobile application itself as the Sound Cloud developers also provide mobile
application of Sound Cloud. They can download the application at Play Store or App Store.

Secondly, our product is based on an ad-free platform. Sound Cloud provided an ad-free service
for the content creator that do not want to monetize their product on their platform. So, our
consumers can enjoy our product without disturbed by any advertisement compared to other
platforms. It will be a nuisance if the consumers need to use our product immediately, they are
greeted by advertisement before even can use our product. So, we use a user-friendly platform
to facilitate our consumers need.

Thirdly, our product includes the audio with the text. They can use it to learn and memorize all
the supplication by reading and listening. Listening and reading simultaneously is a perfect
combination to a good memorization. They also could read the text if they suddenly called
upon to lead the supplication reciting.

Finally, our product contains the most recited supplication in major events such as Teraweh
prayer in Ramadan, Eid prayers, Dhuha prayer, and ceremony supplication. Our product target
is the Islamic study students and graduates because they have the highest probability to lead or
to recite in those major events.

NOVELTY & INVENTIVENESS

This product is absolutely insist of various novelty and also inventiveness. As we know,
nowadays in this 21st century, everyone only want to use everything that make their daily life
easier and can save their precious time. Plus, in this era also everything are going to be online
because it will offered many benefits for them. Due to this aspect, we had decide to invent this
product which is the "Himpunan Doa-Doa". In this product, the duas had been compiled in a
playlist by using a very customer friendly podcast site which is also known as SoundCloud.
This product also had a novelty from the others compilation of duas because it can be reach by
anyone as long as they have the internet. It means,they doesn't have to buy duas book which is
sometimes are very expensive and hard to bring it anywhere. So if they want to listen to duas
with its text anywhere and anytime, they can just easily go to the playlist in SoundCloud. This
proven that, this product had been build by considering the novelty and Inventiveness in order
to make people life easier when they can learn how to read various of duas just by go the
playlist and listen to it.

USEFULNESS

“Himpunan Doa-Doa”is digital audio services that gives access to various of duas and
podcasts from Muslim’s daily life. Users can play and listen along to the well-known and most
used duas recorded by Sharia students.

Being a Muslim requires you to recite duas everytime you want to start or finsh an
activity. Duas do include requests and demands. They are from a slave turning to his Master,
to beg of Allah of Him and His Bounty. That you ask Allah is most important and engage in
conversation with Him. So, they might not memories the duas as some duas are lengthy. What
they can do is to memorise the duas because it is important as the meaning could be different
if we do not recite it properly. Thus, they can play and recite along them or memories them by
playing it repetitively.

Besides that, they also can download and share the audios for free. Most of music or
audio streaming apps required you to pay but in “Himpunan Doa-Doa”, users can fully utilise
it to the fullest without worrying their balance in bank account. In specific or random situation
as not knowing how to lead a Solat Jenazah, they can rely on the downloaded guide including
duas in the app. It is convenient and useful as they need not to search for the guide through
“Google” and struggling to pick the best option. It is time-saving too.

By the assistance of this product, muslims especially male religious students, new
imams, husbands are sure to be satistified as it helps them lead in reciting duas in many
ocassions.

MARKETS POTENTIAL (COMMERCIAL VALUE, TARGET
MARKET, PROFITABILITY, GLOBAL MARKET)

We are very confident in our products' marketability because they can benefit everyone.
Furthermore, our products do not require any financial investment to be commercialized. We
devote all of our resources to marketing our products on various social media platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp.

This product is intended to assist those in desperate need of guidance in reciting dua in a
specific situation in their lives. Our target market consists of male religious students, young
imams, and married ones. This is because they will lead the congregation and groups in reciting
dua for specific occasions and leading a prayer such as obligatory prayers, among other things.

As a non-profit application, we created this playlist to provide convenience to those in need

without charging a fee. For the time being, we do not intend to take advantage of consumers or
listeners but rather to seek the Almighty's blessings and pleasure. We hope that all users and
listeners will share the playlist to help others.

For the time being, we are focusing on Malaysian consumers and listeners to determine how
marketable our products are. If our products become popular and our audience expands, we
intend to market them in Asia, including Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, and many more. We have
high hopes that our products will be successful in the global market.

CONTRIBUTION TO UMMAH
i. Ummah
Ummah means community or the worldwide community of Muslims. There is no living
leader of the Ummah. Allah is the only one who Muslims follow.

ii. Dua/Prayer

Dua’ is an Arabic word which literally means to call someone while in the context of
Islamic worship system Dua’ is the term used for the situation where a person seeks anything
from Allah Almighty. In this sense Dua is very important in the life of Muslims because Dua
is like a conversation with Allah Almighty in which we put our needs before Him and ask His
help in the resolution of our problems. Dua’ is not only a submission about our need before
Allah Almighty but it is a form of worship as well. The importance of Dua has been described
in a number of the verses of the Holy Quran as well. In the Surah al-Baqara verse 186 Allah
Almighty says: "when my servants inquire about me, (you tell them) that I am verily closer to
them. I respond to the call of the supplicant whenever he calls me." This verse means that we
should always make Dua for the resolution of every problem of us, be the problem bigger or
smaller. The biggest possible problem is very small for Allah Almighty.

iii. Fear of society

When asked to recite a Dua in public, How do you feel? Afraid? loose knees? Want to
pass out? Sweating? Nervous? Sudden stomach ache?. This feeling is often disturbing when
we are asked to recite Dua after prayers or at certain occasions; such as weddings and tahlil.

 Did you know that when you are chosen, in fact the people around you are trusting you,
they have high hopes for you to lead them, which Dua is something that is very much
emphasized in Islam. And do you know that when you recite the Dua, the people around you
also raise their hands devoutly in every verse they ask for and there are also people who do not
care at all about your recitation, they just wait for it to finish.

iv. Solution
So, we are aware of this problem and we are here to help the community by introducing
our product to help the community who are experiencing problems such as nervousness, fear,
and do not know to recite the appropriate Dua according to the situation. A total of 11 prayers
that we have prepared according to the occasion and the appropriate circumstances and habits
with the community. And this number will be increased from time to time to meet the needs
and requirements of the community such as: Du’as in the face of floods and prayers for personal
safety and family members.

iv. Impact on Society/Ummah

By making the community more aware of the prayers that coincide with the Islamic
method, then indirectly it will make the Muslim community will be more completely dependent
only on Allah (god of all the worlds) and no longer on creatures.

Also, it will make our lives more blessed from all aspects of life like food, work and
possessions. Because all this sustenance comes from Allah, no one is able to give it except by
His will. for example we can see how many work hard and have a lot of wealth but no
happiness. This suggests that with the property is not able to buy joy. in the words of Pat
Williams: “ Money can buy a house, but not a home; a bed, but not rest; food, but not an
appetite; medicine, but not health; information, but not wisdom; thrills, but not joy; associates,
but not friends; servants, but not loyalty; flattery, but not respect.”

Moreover, when our life is a blessing, then life will always be cheerful and satisfied
with the test on those who are tested, this is because our faith in the Qada 'and Qadar of Allah
and the nature of our dependence only on Allah makes us stronger. As we can see the victims
of the latest floods when they want to be given help say: "We are okay, .. there are people who
are more in need .. Only to God we surrender" while clearly displaying a cheerful face.

 Next, indirectly, it will pave the way and attract non -Muslims to see and embrace Islam
after witnessing the practice and the strength of the Muslim community united in reciting Dua
and earnestly with it.

Finally, hopefully with the blessings of this effort will make us both kept away from
the torment of hell fire "Na'zubillahiminzalik" with His mercy on us and always guided on the
path that pleases Him. Dua can change our life and our fate. It is the strongestweapon. But it
works only for those who try sincerely and seriously to use it. As a Muslim, we should never
give up, because we have the ultimate weapon to counter our fears, depression, oppression, and
adversity in the shape of Dua.
