Alur Pendaftaran Tes di Pusat Bahasa

A. Registrasi Akun Pendaftaran

Sebelum melakukan pemilihan jadwal tes, Anda diwajibkan mempunyai akun
pendaftaran. Akun ini akan digunakan untuk login masuk ke dalam Sistem
Pendaftaran Tes Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga.

Langkah-langkahnya adalah sebagai berikut :

 Bagi Peserta UMUM atau ALUMNI

1. Buka website Pusat Bahasa UNAIR : http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Klik menu SIGN UP
3. Setelah tampilan muncul, kemudian isikan Username, E-mail, Password,
Repeat Password dan Chaptcha. Username & Password akan digunakan
untuk Login.
4. Klik tombol [SIGN UP], maka setelah beberapa saat Anda akan menerima
email notifikasi untuk verifikasi email.

 5. Proses registrasi akun pendaftaran sudah selesai, Anda hanya cukup
melakukan proses ini sekali saja. Akun pendaftaran ini masih belum bisa
digunakan untuk memilih jadwal tes, sebelum Anda melakukan verifikasi
pada email Anda.
6. Untuk melakukan verifikasi, buka folder inbox atau spam email Anda dan
pastikan telah mendapatkan email seperti ini :

7. Kemudian klik tombol [Confirm] seperti pada gambar, maka Anda sudah
bisa menggunakan akun registrasi untuk login, tetapi Anda diwajibkan
untuk melengkapi data diri ( terutama foto profile ).

 Bagi Peserta Mahasiswa, Dosen dan Pegawai UNAIR

1. Buka website Pusat Bahasa UNAIR : http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Klik LOGIN
3. Setelah tampilan muncul, isikan Username dan Password Cybercampus
Anda kemudian klik Login.
4. Proses registrasi akun pendaftaran sudah selesai, Anda hanya cukup
melakukan proses ini sekali saja. Akun pendaftaran ini masih belum bisa
digunakan untuk memilih jadwal tes, sebelum Anda melengkapi biodata
pada menu profile.

B. Pemilihan Jadwal Tes
1. Buka website Pusat Bahasa UNAIR : http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Klik LOGIN .
3. Setelah tampilan muncul, isikan Username & Password Anda, untuk peserta
UMUM gunakan Username & Password yang telah Anda dapatkan melalui
proses SIGN UP, dan untuk peserta MAHASISWA, DOSEN , PEGAWAI UNAIR
ingunakan Username & Password Cybercampus UNAIR.
4. Klik tombol LOGIN , maka muncul tampilan Home User Anda.
5. Klik menu
6. Klik menu
7. Masukkan perkiraan tanggal awal dan tanggal akhir tes yang ingin dicari.
8. Pilih Type Test yang ingin diikuti.
9. Klik tombol , maka muncul daftar jadwal tes yang dibuka oleh Pusat
Bahasa.
10. Klik tombol pada jadwal tes yang ingin Anda ikuti.
11. Setelah muncul halaman Payment Confirmation, klik tombol
untuk melanjutkan ke proses pembayaran.
12. Setelah itu muncul halaman Invoice, yang berisi tagihan pembayaran tes
yang telah Anda pilih seperti ini :

13. Cetak invoice tersebut untuk melakukan proses pembayaran melalui teller
atau mesin ATM Bank Mandiri.

14. Batas Pembayaran bisa dilihat pojok kanan atas atau dipojok kiri bawah
seperti ini :

15. Tata cara pembayaran pada Bank Mandiri bisa Anda baca pada menu

16. Cetak Kartu Peserta Tes Anda pada menu , setelah muncul
halaman My Schedule kemudian klik tombol , tampilan kartu
peserta seperti ini :

A. Creating Your Registration Account

Before choosing your test schedule, you have to create your registration account.
The account is used to log in to Test Registration System of Pusat Bahasa Universitas
Airlangga

The steps are :

 For GENERAL USERS or ALUMNI

1. Go to website of Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga :
http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Click SIGN UP
3. In the following interface, please fill your Username, E-mail, Password,
Repeat Password, and Captcha. The username and password are used to
log in to Test Registration System of Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga.
4. Click [SIGN UP] button. A notification email will be sent to verify your
account.

 5. This concludes your registration process. You only have to do this process
once. You cannot use your registration account to choose your test
schedule until your email address is verified.
6. To verify your account, please open your inbox or spam folder. Make sure
you receive our notification email:

7. Click [Confirm] button on the email. You can use your registration account
to log in. you must fill/submit your identity (especially profile picture)

 For Universitas Airlangga Students, Lecturers, and Academic Staffs

1. Go to website of Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga:
http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Click LOGIN
3. In the following interface, please fill Username and Password forms using the
Username and Password of your Cybercampus account and click Login.
4. This concludes your registration process. You only have to do this process
once. You can use the account to choose your test schedule after
submitting your personal data on profile menu.

B. Choosing Your Test Schedule
1. Go to website of Pusat Bahasa UNAIR : http://elpt.pusatbahasa.unair.ac.id
2. Click LOGIN .
3. In the following interface, enter your Username & Password. For General Users,
enter your verified Username & Password obtained through SIGNUP process.
For STUDENTS, LECTURERS, AND ACADEMIC STAFFS of Universitas Airlangga,
enter your UNAIR Cybercampus Username & Password
4. Click LOGIN button, to access your Home User screen.
5. Click menu
6. Click menu
7. Enter the estimated initial date and final date of the test you wish to search.
8. Choose Type Test you wish to apply.
9. Click , button to display all available tests conducted by Pusat Bahasa
UNAIR
10. Click on the schedule you wish to apply
11. In Payment Confirmation Page, click to advance to your
payment process
12. You will be directed to Invoice page, containing your test invoice. The
Invoice page will look like this:

13. Print your Invoice. The invoice is used to conduct payment process at Bank
Mandiri ATMs or tellers.

14. Your payment due can be seen at the upper-right corner or lower-left corner
of your invoice, as follows:

15. Information regarding test payment procedures can be accessed at

menu.
16. Print your test card at menu, In My schedule screen, click
. your test card will look like this:
