Pendahuluan meliputi latar belakang dan tujuan. Bagian pendahuluan diakhiri
dengan penekanan pada hal-hal yang akan dibahas. Anda dapat mengutip
penelitian sebelumnya yang menginspirasi Anda dengan menyebutkan nama
penulis dan tahun penerbitan (Nama belakang penulis, 2016). Silakan gunakan
gaya edisi ke-6 APA. Anda dianjurkan untuk menggunakan Mendeley sebagai
alat referensi. Ini akan membantu Anda memasukkan daftar pustaka Anda dengan
mudah.
Setiap paragraf harus diberi spasi tunggal dengan lekukan di setiap paragraf.
Bagian ini juga menguraikan tinjauan pustaka/konstruk teoritis penelitian. Anda
harus memberi tahu pembaca jenis penelitian, artikel jurnal, dan buku yang Anda
gunakan dalam menganalisis data Anda.

Kecenderungan manusia untuk berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi bukanlah
fenomena yang muncul akhir-akhir ini. Gejala tersebut muncul seiring dengan
perkembangan peradaban manusia. Baik untuk motif mengembangkan kekuasaan,
politik, kelangsungan hidup, dan perbudakan; sudah lama sekali manusia keluar
dari lingkungan sosial terdekatnya. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan terjadinya
perpindahan penduduk dari satu daerah ke daerah lain, baik dalam bentuk
individu/keluarga maupun dalam gelombang besar.

Istilah pascakolonial digunakan untuk memaknai seluruh kebudayaan di suatu
wilayah yang pernah dijajah oleh kekuatan Barat (Eropa) sejak awal sejarah
kolonialisme hingga saat ini. Kajian pascakolonial dalam karya sastra
dimaksudkan untuk menjadi kajian tentang kondisi dunia selama dan setelah
dominasi penjajah Eropa dan berbagai efek yang muncul dalam sastra
kontemporer (Ashcrot, 2015, hlm. 22).

Pada bagian ini Anda perlu menyebutkan sumber data dan konteksnya. Anda

Manuscripts should be 3,000-10,000 words including references, notes, and
tables. The introduction includes the background and objectives. The introduction
section ends with an emphasis on items to be discussed. You can cite the previous
studies that inspire you by mentioning the name of the author and the year of
publication (Last name of author, 2016). Please use APA 6th edition style. You are
encouraged to use Mendeley as the referencing tool. It will help you insert your
bibliography with ease.

research. You should tell readers the kinds of research, journal articles and books
you use in analysing your data.

Human tendency to communicate and interact is not a phenomenon that
emerges recently. These symptoms appear in line with the development of human
civilization. Whether for the motive of developing power, politics, survival, and
slavery; it has been a long time since humans are out of their closest social
environment. This is what leads to the movement of people from one region to
another, both in the form of individuals/families and in large waves.

The term post-colonial is used to interpret the whole culture in a region that
was once colonized by the Western (European) power from the beginning of
colonialism history until present time. The post-colonial study in literary work is
intended to be a study of the conditions of the world throughout and after the
dominance of European colonizers and the various effects emerged in the
contemporary literature (Ashcrot, 2015, p. 22).
