Persyaratan Umum

1. Proses pendaftaran dilakukan melalui Google form

2. Setiap peserta boleh mengikuti lebih dari 1 mata lomba
dengan syarat lomba yang diikuti tidak di hari dan waktu
yang sama.
3. Batas waktu pendaftaran sampai tanggal 15 Desember 2023
4. Peserta wajib menaati peraturan yang berlaku.
5. Keputusan wasit/juri dan panitia merupakan mutlak dan
tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
6. Apabila kuota minimal perlombaan tidak terpenuhi, panitia
berhak membatalkan perlombaan.
7. Peserta wajib follow akun instagram @mumtaza.jhs
8. Peserta mengunggah foto menggunakan Twibbon yang
disediakan oleh panitia pada akun Instagram masing-
masing dengan menyertakan hashtag #HappyWeek2023
9. Peraturan selengkapnya akan disampaikan saat Technical
Meeting
10. Peserta yang tidak menghadiri Technical Meeting maka
dianggap menyetujui semua peraturan lomba.
11. Semua kelengkapan persyaratan setiap peserta harus
diserahkan paling lambat saat Technical Meeting.
 LOMBA MELUKIS

A. Waktu dan Tempat

Hari/ tanggal : Rabu, 20 Desember 2023
Tempat : SMP Mumtaza Islamic School

B. Ketentuan Lomba
1. Membayar uang registrasi Rp. 50.000,-
2. Peserta terdiri dari siswa/i SMP dari JABODETABEK
3. Lomba melukis tidak menggunakan sistem final (sekali tampil)
4. Peserta menggunakan seragam sekolah.
5. Tiap sekolah dapat mengirimkan lebih dari satu Peserta
6. Peserta yang mengundurkan diri sebelum lomba dimulai wajib
melapor kepada panitia, dengan ketentuan uang pendaftaran
tidak dapat dikembalikan.
7. Kuota lomba melukis maksimal adalah 30 peserta.
C. Teknis perlombaan:
1. Tema lukisan adalah “pemandangan alam” dengan pilihan
sebagai berikut:
Ekosistem laut
Ekosistem gunung
Ekosistem sawah
Ekositem gurun
2. Karya orisinal yang dilukis serentak on the spot.
3. Konten bebas dari hal-hal yang mengandung disinformasi,
ujaran kebencian, isu suku, agama, ras, dan antargolongan
serta pornografi.
 LOMBA MELUKIS

4. Lukisan dilukis di atas kanvas 30x40 cm.

5. Peserta diperbolehkan memilih salah satu dari beberapa
pilihan lukisan yang disediakan.
6. Pelaksanaan lomba melukis selama 120 menit.
7. Hasil lukisan disertai dengan nama dan deskripsi singkat
karya yang ditempel pada bagian belakang lukisan.
8. Panitia penyelenggara berhak atas pemanfaatan lukisan di
kemudian hari.
9. Karya yang tidak sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan tidak
akan diikutsertakan dalam penjurian
10. Keputusan dewan juri adalah mutlak dan tidak bisa
diganggu gugat.
11. Penyerahan hadiah dilaksanakan pada acara puncak Happy
Week SMP Mumtaza Islamic School.

C. Perlengkapan Melukis
Panitia hanya menyediakan kanvas.
Perlengkapan lukis selain di atas, seperti palet, kuas, dan
lain-lain dibawa oleh peserta.

D. Kriteria Penilaian
Orisinalitas
Kesesuaian karya dengan tema
Kreatifitas: keunikan, daya cipta
Komposisi warna dan bentuk.
 MHQ

A. Waktu dan Tempat

B. Ketentuan Lomba
Membayar Uang Registrasi Rp. 50.000,-
Peserta terdiri dari siswa/ siswi sekolah :
(Kategori 1: kelas 4-6 SD/ MI,
(Kategori 2 : Kelas 7-9 SMP/ MTS).
Materi yang dilombakan untuk kategori 1 adalah juz 30 atau
juz 1 dan untuk kategori 2 adalah juz 30 dan juz 1.
Musabaqoh tidak menggunakan sistem final (sekali tampil)
Peserta menggunakan seragam sekolah.
Tiap sekolah dapat mengirimkan peserta lebih dari satu
peserta
Peserta yang mengundurkan diri sebelum lomba dimulai wajib
melapor kepada panitia, dengan ketentuan uang pendaftaran
tidak dapat dikembalikan.
Kuota lomba MHQ kategori 1 berjumlah 25 peserta dan
kategori 2 berjumlah 25 peserta.
C. Teknis perlombaan:
Setiap peserta akan mendapatkan satu amplop soal yang berisi
3 (tiga) butir soal.
Peserta mengambil nomor urut tampil.
Lama penampilan, menjawab 3 (tiga) pertanyaan.
Peserta wajib menjaga ketenangan dan ketertiban selama
lomba berlangsung.
 MHQ

Peserta yang dipanggil 3 (tiga) kali tetapi tidak hadir akan

didiskualifikasi.
Ketentuan bel/ ketukan :
a) Bel/ ketukan 3 : mulai
b) Bel/ ketukan 1 : salah
c) Bel/ ketukan 2 : pergantian Soal
d) Bel/ Ketukan 3 : Selesai
Peserta hanya diberikan 1x kesempatan dalam menjawab,
apabila salah menjawab akan dibacakan soal selanjutnya.
Peserta berhak mendapatkan pengarahan dari panitia apabila
ada suatu yang kurang dimengerti.
Keputusan dewan juri adalah mutlak dan tidak bisa di ganggu
gugat.

B. GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
Participants are primary 4, 5, and 6 students.
Registration fee : Rp. 50.000,-
Participants must be Indonesian citizens.
Participants wear their school uniform.
Participants have to bring their own pens.

C. REGISTRATION:
All participants must re-register at Mumtaza JHS 30 minutes
before the competition is scheduled to start
Participants who fail to re-register will be disqualified.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any changes of any
participant and to reject any participant who does not comply
with the rules.

D. COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Preliminary Round.
Only the participants are allowed in the room.
Preliminary round is held in written.
Pronouncer will read each question in word – sentence – word.
Participants will write their answers on the answer sheets in 15
seconds before the pronouncer reads the next questions.
 Spelling bee

The pronouncer will read the word and the sentence just once.
Preliminary round is around 30 minutes.
50 % of participants with highest scores have the right to go to the
semifinal.
When there is more than one participant with the same score, all the
participants with the same score will join the semifinal.
British or American English spelling will be accepted.
All participants should respect and appreciate every judgment from
the judges.

Semi-Final Round:
Only the participants are allowed in the room.
The semi-final is around 30 minutes.
The semi-final is held in written.
Pronouncer will read each question in word – sentence – word.
Participants will write their answers on the answer sheets in 15
seconds before the pronouncer reads the next questions.
The pronouncer will read the word and the sentence just once.
15 participants with the highest score will go to the finals.
When there is more than one participant with the same score, the
committee will give additional round to choose only five participants
going to the finals.
The additional round will be done orally.
The committee will announce five participants with the highest score
in one hour’s time.
British or American English spelling will be accepted.
All participants should respect and appreciate every judgment from
the judges.
 Spelling bee

Final Round:
The finals will be held orally.
Each participant has the chance to spell four words.
The participant takes one paper roll containing word and gives
it to the pronouncer to read.
The word will be pronounced once.
The participant is given 10 seconds to spell the word in letters
– words.
If the participant can’t complete his/her spelling in 10 seconds
or spell the word correctly, the word will not be given to other
participants.
Correct spelling will be awarded one score (+1) and Wrong
spelling will not be rewarded.
The participant with the highest score will be proclaimed as
the first winner, the participant with the second highest score
will be the second winner, and the one with the third highest
score will be the third winner.
If there are two or more participants with the same score,
there will be an additional round.
In additional round, the winners will be decided based on the
result of the additional round.
 Spelling bee

Tiebreaker :
All tiebreak participants have the chance to spell one word. If
there is still no clear winner, the tiebreak will continue, until
there is a clear winner, with the following rules:
The participant will select a piece of paper containing a
number. The announcer will state word – sentence – word of
the corresponding number.
Participants will be given 15 seconds to spell the word.
If the participant misspells the word, the word will NOT be
offered to the next participant.
Participants, who spell the word correctly, will remain and get
one point (+1). Participants who spell the word incorrectly will
not get any points.
Participant with the highest score will be declared the winner.
