Orchids are one of the world’s most beautiful flowers. They have a unique shape and
fragrances. Orchids grow in tropical and subtropical areas. The growth depends on the type of
orchid itself and the surrounding environment. Some of them stick to other plants but they
are not harmful to the plants.
The special feature of this plant is the unique form of flower. Orchid flowers, emerge
from elongated flower stalks, but the leaves emerge from the armpit. The flowers appear in
bilateral symmetry. Orchids have broad leaves, averaging 5-10 cm. Orchids have thick white

Elephants are very unique giant mammals. They have a special nose, called a trunk, and white
pointed teeth, called tusks. They are the elephant’s peculiar features.
An elephant trunk is long and strong. In addition to its length and strength, it has many functions.
The trunk is mainly a respiratory organ. Elephants breathe with the trunk. Moreover, they use the trunk to

On the right and left side of the trunk emerge horn-like teeth. They are tusks. A baby elephant has
milk tusk which fall out when it is one year old. They continue to grow throughout its life, which means that
the bigger the tusks, the older the elephants.
Elephants are completely vegetarian. Like cows, horses, and sheep, they grind vegetables, so they
can be digested easily.
