Kinerja pegawai hal utama yang dilihat suatu instansi untuk melakukan penilaian
dan evaluasi kerja. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yaitu kompensasi dan
Inovasi. tujuan pemberian kompensasi pada prinsipnya adalah untuk meningkatkan
loyalitas pegawai kepada atasan dan bekerja secara profesional dalam melayani
Masyarakat. Inovasi dilakukan dengan tujuan menurunkan tingkat biaya, meningkatkan
efisiensi, menyampaikan kualitas yang baik pada harga yang sesuai, kemungkinan
memperoleh profit dan pertumbuhan.
Employee performance is the main thing that an agency looks at when assessing
and evaluating work. Factors that influence employee performance are compensation and
innovation. The aim of providing compensation in principle is to increase employee
loyalty to superiors and work professionally in serving the community. Innovation is
carried out with the aim of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, delivering good quality
at the right price, the possibility of obtaining profits and growth.
This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The
sampling technique used in this research is census sampling or saturated sampling, that is,
the number of samples is the entire population. The population of this study were all
employees of the Sei Pinang Community Health Center, Kapuas Regency, Central
Kalimantan. The number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The research
instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Where each respondent fills in each
answer for each statement given with a gradation level of very positive to very negative
(Strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree).
Data analysis techniques were carried out using SPSS software to get the results.
The results of this research are: there is a positive and significant influence of the
Compensation variable on the Employee Performance variable, there is a positive and
significant influence of the Innovation variable on the Employee Performance variable. ,
with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, there is a simultaneous influence of
Compensation and Innovation on employee performance at the Sei Pinang Community
Health Center, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan
