Perlakuan yang diberikan pada kelompok coba yaitu terapi iv
Definisi
ceftriaxon (50-70mg/kgBB/day) dilanjutkan cefixime suspensi
Operasional
dan Zink 1mg/kgBB/hr, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol
hanya mendapatkan terapi ceftriaxon (50-70mg/kgBB/day)
tanpa Zink. Masing masing perlakuan diakukan dan diobservasi
selama 14 hari.

penggunaan zink sebagai terapi ISK. Dan faktanya ISK adalah faktor risiko
kerusakan ginjal pada anak yang menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi
