INTRODUCTION
Adiantum adalah genus milik keluarga
Adiantaceae yang sebagian besar spesies Adiantum
telah menghasilkan sterol, setiap kelas triterpenoid
flavonoid dan setiap kelas triterpenoid, digunakan
untuk penyembuhan panas atau demam internal,
peningkatan buang air kecil, penghilangan kalkulus
kemih, pemulihan batuk, penyembuhan diare dan
penghentian perdarahan

TUJUAN PENELITIAN

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini

adalah untuk menggambarkan
isolasi dan karakterisasi struktur
dari bagian daun dari Adiantum
latifolium Lam

 METODE ISOLASI
• Sampel dalam penelitian adalah Daun
Adiantum latifolium
• Berat sampel sebesar 120 gram
• Pelarutan menggunakan metode maserasi
dengan pelarut metanol
• Polaritas n-hexane:EtOAc:CHCl3
• Berat hasil sebesar 3 mg, 5 mg, 20 mg, dan 8
mg.

Ekstrak hijau tua (4 gram, 4%)

fraksinasi

600 mg fraksi I 410 mg fraksi II

95: 5 n-heksana-EtOAc dalam 5% 9: 1 n-heksana-EtOAc

dari daun Adiantum
latifolium ​Lam. Ini adalah
studi fitokimia yang
dilaporkan pertama dari
tanaman ini.
