 Overview

• Digital Microbiology Test Kit saat ini sangat

bervariasi dan beragam, dimana tujuannya
adalah untuk mendeteksi bakteri dalam
beberapa menit dari pengambilan sampel
dengan tingkat kepadatan bakteri yang
rendah, seperti 1 CFU hanya membutuhkan
inkubasi 24 jam dari deteksi sampel.
• dalam beberapa dekade terakhir penggunakan
KIT masih menjadi tren dan hasil deteksinya
memiliki keakuratan yang cukup tinggi

Procedure RapID

1.Isolat organisme dari kultur murni dengan

media kultur yang memadai.
2.Siapkan suspensi, menggunakan RapID
Inoculation Fluid. Bandingkan suspensi
menggunakan McFarland Equivalence
Turbidity Standard.
3.Buka pojok plastic cover pada test panel dan
pipette suspensi cairan inoculum ke dalam
panel.

4. Goyang panel untuk menyebarkan
inoculum fluid merata pada panel.

5. Miringkan panel perlahan ke arah

depan biarkan inoculum fluid masuk ke
masing-masing sumuran .

6. Inkubasikan panel secara aerob pd

35ºC selama 4 jam.
