 PENGERTIAN SISTEM
PERNAFASAN
Sistem pernapasan adalah sekumpulan jaringan organ yang membantu
tubuh bernapas. Sistem pernapasan membantu tubuh menyerap oksigen
dari udara dan membuang gas sisa seperti karbondioksida dari darah.
Dengan dukungan oksigen, seluruh organ dapat berfungsi dengan normal.
Atau sistem pernapasan adalah organ-organ yang melibatkan proses
bernapas, bertanggung jawab dalam pertukaran oksigen dan karbon
dioksida. Organ yang paling bertanggung jawab dalam sistem pernapasan
adalah paru-paru, yang mana paru-paru ini sebagai pembawa pertukaran
gas saat proses bernapas.

 PENGERTIAN SALURAN PERNAFASAN
Saluran pernapasan atau tractus respiratorius (respiratory tract)
adalah bagian tubuh manusia yang berfungsi sebagai tempat lintasan
dan tempat pertukaran gas dalam proses pernapasan. Saluran ini
berpangkal pada hidung atau mulut dan berakhir pada paru-paru. Dalam
buku Anatomi Tubuh Manusia (2008) karya Daniel S Wibowo, udara
yang diisap pada waktu menarik napas (inspirasi) biasanya masuk
melalui hidung. Kemudian, udara disaring oleh bulu hidung yang
terdapat di bagian dalam lubang hidung. Setelah itu udara pernapasan
masuk ke dalam rongga hidung kiri dan kanan.
 BAGIAN SALURAN PERNAFASAN
Saluran pernapasan dalam manusia terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu:
