Pemeriksaan Darah Lengkap (Complete Blood Count / CBC) yaitu

suatu jenis pemeriksaaan penyaring untuk menunjang diagnosa
suatu penyakit atau untuk melihat bagaimana respon tubuh terhadap
suatu penyakit .
Tujuan Pemeriksaan Laboratorium Darah :

1. Menetapkan diagnosis suatu penyakit

2. Membantu diagnosis suatu penyakit
3. Menetapkan terapi suatu penyakit
4. Untuk menetapkan prognose dari suatu penyakit
 Pada pemeriksaan darah lengkap
A. Kadar hemoglobin meliputi
Hemoglobin adalah molekul protein pada sel darah merah yang berfungsi
sebagai media transport oksigen dari paru paru ke seluruh jaringan tubuh • Dewasa: laki-laki = 13,4 - 17,7 g/dl

Nilai normal LED : 1. Laki-laki = 0 – 15 mm/jam
2. Perempuan = 0 – 20 mm/jam
Pengambilan darah vena adalah cara pengambilan darah dengan menusuk area pembuluh darah vena dengan menggunakan
spuit. Darah dapat diambil dari vena dalam fossa cubiti, vena saphena magna/ vena superficial lain yang cukup besar untuk
endapatkan sampel darah. Tujuan Pengambilan Darah Vena :
1. Mendapatkan sampel darah vena yang baik dan memenuhi syarat untuk melakukan
Pemeriksaan.
2. Untuk mendapatkan specimen darah vena tanpa antikoagulan yang memenuhi persyaratan
untuk pemeriksaan kimia klinik dan imunoserologi.
3. Untk menganalisa kandungan komponen darah, seprti sel darah merah, sel darah putih, leukosit
dan trombosit.
Tempat-tempat yang memungkinkan untuk pengambilan darah vena:
• Lengan : vena basilica, vena sefalika, vena median cubiti, vena medial-antebrakial, vena radialis.
• Tungkai vena saphenous.

Membersihkan area kulit di lokasi pengambilan
darah, menggunakan larutan antiseptik. 01

menyedot darah sejumlah yang dibutuhkan, lalu
menampungnya di dalam tabung kecil.

Menutup luka bekas tusukan jarum dengan perban.

Menempelkan label berisi nama dan waktu pengambilan darah pada
tabung penampung darah, lalu mengirimkannya ke laboratorium untuk
diperiksa.
