Skenario
Seorang pasien laki-laki berumur 25 tahun dibawa ke IGD RSCB dengan
keluhan nyeri hebat pada daerah belakang pergelangan kaki kiri nya.
Sekitar 3 jam yang lalu pasien bermain sepak bola. Saat berebutan bola,
tiba-tiba kaki kirinya berbunyi krek, pasien langsung terjatuh dan
merasakan nyeri mendadak yang hebat pada pergelangan kaki kiri bagian
belakang sehingga ia meraung kesakitan. Nyeri yang dirasakan terus
menerus, seperti ditusuk dan sangat sakit terutama jika digerakkan.
Selain nyeri pergelangan kaki kiri belakang juga tampak bengkak dan
memar. Pasien tidak mampu berdiri berdiri Kembali sehingga harus
dibopong keluar lapangan.

 2. Definisi Terkilir

Terkilir merupakan keadaan ruptura (robekan) total

atau parsial (sebagian) pada ligamen penyangga
yang mengelilingi sebuah sendi. Biasanya kondisi ini
terjadi sesudah gerakan memuntir (memutar) yang
tajam. Terkilir pada pergelangan kaki merupakan
cedera yang paling sering dijumpai dan kemudian
diikuti oleh terkilir pada pergelangan tangan, siku,
serta lutut.
