Tenggiri Masak Kicap

4 ketul ikan tenggiri (dibersihkan)


sedikit air asam jawa
sedikit serbuk kunyit
sedikit garam

cara-cara : Gaul-gaulkan ikan bersama semua bahan di atas dan perapkan 15 minit. Kemudian
digoreng tetapi jangan terlebih masak atau digoreng terlalu lama. Angkat dan toskan.

bahan-bahan perencah :
3 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1/2 labu bawang besar (dikisar)
1/2 inci halia (dikisar)
1/2 labu bawang besar (dimayang)
1/2 sudu makan kicap pekat
sedikit kicap manis
2 sudu makan cili giling/cili kisar
1 keping asam gelugur
sedikit sos cili thai/sos cili
garam dan gula secukup rasa
Cara-cara :
1. Sediakan minyak secukupnya di dalam kuali atau tinggalkan sedikit minyak lebihan
menggoreng ikan tadi. Tumiskan bahan-bahan kisar dan cili giling hingga garing dan pecah
minyak.
2. Masukkan kicap pekat, kicap manis, sos cili thai/sos cili dan sedikit air. Kacau sebati dan
biarkan ia mendidih.
3. Masukkan pula garam, gula dan asam gelugur. Kacau lagi.
4. Akhir sekali masukkan ikan yang telah digoreng tadi beserta bawang besar. Kacau mesra.
5. Apabila kuahnya kelihatan pekat, tutupkan api dan hidangkan.




Spanish Mackerel or Sea Bream In Soya Sauce (Ikan Tenggiri Masak
Kicap)

Dinner
Cooks in 45 minutes Serves 4
Ingredients
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic- thinly sliced
1 inch ginger- thinly sliced
1 small sour dried food (asam keping)
1 cup light soya sauce
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 steak Spanish Mackerel or 2 Mackerel
2 tablespoon turmeric
Salt to taste
1 fresh red chili and 1 fresh green chili- seeded and cut to half lengthwise
1/2 onion sliced into ring shape
Directions
The Fish:
Rub all over the fish with salt and turmeric
Deep fried until golden brown
The sauce:
Heat cooking oil in a wok
Saute garlic and ginger until golden brown
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil.
Add in the fish, stir well.
Allow to simmer over low heat until sauce thickens slightly.
Dish out and serve while it\'s still hot with boiled Brasmati or Thai boiled rice.

Ayam Prun

bahan-bahan :
1/2 ekor ayam (dipotong kecil-kecil atau ikut suka)
70g buah prun (pitted atau dibuang biji) +/-
1 sudu besar rempah kerutuk (DJ menggunakan rempah kerutuk Adabi)
4 sudu besar cili giling (boleh tambah atau kurang)
air secukupnya
2-3 sudu besar madu atau secukupnya
garam secukup rasa
4 sudu besar sos cili
2-3 sudu besar sos plum
2 sudu besar sos tomato
rempah 4 sekawan (kayu manis, bunga lawang, pelaga dan cengkih)
bahan-bahan kisar :
1 inci halia
1 batang serai
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
Cara-cara :
1. Perapkan ayam bersama rempah kerutuk, cili giling dan bahan kisar selama 1
jam.
2. Panaskan minyak secukupnya. Tumis rempah rempah 4 sekawan hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan ayam bersama bahan perap tadi. Kacau perlahan sehingga mendidih.
Kemudian barulah dimasukkan air secukupnya.
4. Apabila ayam hampir masak, masukkan bahan-bahan selebihnya. Kacau lagi
hingga sebati. Masukkan tomato ceri jika suka. Gaulkan.
5. Apabila sudah masak, tutupkan api. Angkat dan hidangkan. (jika suka boleh
hiaskan dengan gajus panggang dan bawang goreng)

BANANA CAKE

Ingredients
3 eggs
100g sugar
110g melted butter
200g banana (weight without skin)
160g plain flour
tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
A pinch or salt, less than 1/8 tsp

Method
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a big bowl, set aside. Melt the
butter and sugar in a non-stick pot and set aside to cook a while. Mash the bananas with a
fork and set aside.
2. Add in beaten eggs to the melted cake batter from (1) and mix well using a manual whisk
or spatula. (You can continue to use the same pot for mixing for the rest of the steps,
without transferring to a mixing bowl).
3. Add in mashed bananas, mix well using a spatula.
4. Finally fold in sifted flour mixture (over 3 times) using a spatula.
5. Pour the cake batter into a greased rice cooker bowl. Press COOK and allow it to cook
for at least 1 hour.
6. Allow the cake to cook for a while, before turning out.




CHEESE CAKE using Rice Cooker
Ingredients
3 eggs
8 table spoons of sugar
200g whipping cream
1 yoghurt
300g cream cheese
4 tablespoon starch

Cake based
3 packets of digestives biscuits
70g butter

Method
1. Crush biscuits to fine pieces. Mix with 70g butter
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Add yoghurt and stir.
4. Add 200g whipping cream. Mix well.
5. Add 3 eggs and mix well.
6. Add 4 tablespoon of starch.
7. Grease rice cooker. Make based. Pour in mixture onto the base.
8. Cook for 70 minutes.
