Gas Supply
The natural gas reserve and the volume of LNG
produced by the Company are beyond the authority
of PT Badak NGL and instead are the authority of
the Gas Producers. For PT Badak NGLs internal
purposes, the supply of natural gas for at least a
period of five years into the future has been defined
in the 2013-2017 Five-Year Business Plan. (OG1)

Pekerja Kontraktor
Sebagian besar dari total tenaga kerja di
PT Badak NGL dipasok dari kontraktor tenaga
kerja. Perusahaan memahami betul risiko yang
muncul terkait pemanfaatan tenaga kerja yang
dipasok dari kontraktor. Untuk itu, Perusahaan telah
menerapkan sejumlah kebijakan untuk memastikan
kesejahteraan para pekerja tersebut, serta melalui
klausul spesifik mengenai Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM)
yang terkandung dalam setiap perjanjian antara
Perusahaan dan para kontraktornya.
Contractors Workers
A majority of the total workforce at PT Badak NGL
are supplied from labor contractors.
The Company fully understands the risk of hiring
contractors employees, and for that the Company
has implemented a number of policies to ensure
employee welfare, as well as promulgated specific
clauses on Human Rights in all the agreements
made between the Company and its contractors.

PT Badak NGLs BOD regulations are elaborated as
follows:
1. The Company is managed and led by 2 (two)
Directors who are selected from among the
candidates proposed by PT Pertamina (Persero).
One of them is appointed as President Director.
2. The BOD members should be Indonesian citizens
or foreign nationals who meet the requirements
of prevailing regulations.
3. The BOD members are appointed by the GMS for
a period of 3 (three) years without any prejudice
to the right of the GMS to terminate any of them
at any time.
4. If, for any reason, the position of one Director or
more is vacant, then within a period 30 (thirty)
days since the position has been vacant, a GMS
should be held to fill the vacancy by taking into
account the requirements of regulations and the
Companys Articles of Association.
5. If, for any reason, all positions of the BOD are
vacant, the Company is temporarily managed by
BOC members who are appointed by the BOC
meeting.
6. Any member of the BOD has the right to resign
from their position by sending a written notice to
the Company at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the
date of their resignation.

Komite Etik
Komite Etik dibentuk dengan tugas utama
melakukan sosialisasi Code of Conduct kepada
para pekerja dan kontraktor, serta pihak luar yang
terkait. Selain itu, Komite Etik ini juga memonitor,
mengevaluasi, dan mengembangkan pelaksanaan
Code of Conduct, termasuk menerima laporan
tentang pelanggaran dan menindaklanjutinya sesuai
peraturan yang berlaku. Komite Etik terdiri dari
Ketua, Wakil Ketua, dan 10 anggota yang berasal
dari berbagai departemen di dalam Perusahaan.
Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee was established with the
primary task to raise awareness on the Code of
Conduct among employees and contractors, as
well as other relevant external parties. In addition,
the Ethics Committee also monitors, evaluates
and develops the implementation of the Code
of Conduct, including providing reports on any
violation of the code and conducting follow up in
accordance with the prevailing regulations. The
Ethics Committee consists of a Chairperson, a
Vice Chairperson and 10 members from various
departments within the Company.

Sekretaris Perusahaan berfungsi mengelola
perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan corporate
affairs yang melibatkan pihak internal dan eksternal,
untuk memastikan terlaksananya kegiatan tersebut
sesuai standar untuk mendukung kegiatan
Perusahaan, khususnya Direksi.
Corporate Secretary
The Corporate Secretary function is in charge of
the planning and implementation of corporate
affairs involving both internal and external parties,
and ensuring that these activities are implemented
according to prevailing standards, in order to
support the Companys activities, particularly those
of the Board of Directors.

Grouper Aquaculture
The high demand for groupers among the public
has prompted fishermen in Bontang look for
this particular species of fish using a number of
means, including dynamite fishing. This method of
fishing severely damages the marine ecosystem
as it wipes out all kinds of fish, damages the coral
reef as well as the mangroves. PT Badak NGL
provides a solution to this problem by developing
a system called the Floating Fish Cage or Keramba
Jaring Apung (KJA). Currently the KJA system

Dana Bergulir
Program Pinjaman Dana Bergulir Perusahaan di
tahun 2012 telah berhasil melakukan perputaran
uang di Kota Bontang melalui 45 pengusaha kecil
senilai Rp7.117.695.000. Sebagai dampak positifnya,
program ini menciptakan kemandirian bagi
masyarakat dan perusahaan pada skala lokal.
Revolving Fund
The Companys Revolving Fund Programme in 2012
successfully circulated up to Rp7,117,695,000 in 2012
through 45 small enterprises. The positive impact
of the programme is increased self-reliance of local
communities and enterprises.
