ENTROPION
Berputarnya margo palpebra ke dalam bulu mata
bersentuhan dengan bola mata (kornea atau
konjungtiva)

ETIOLOGI : EN.
KONGENITAL
E. Kongenital : kondisi yg jarang sejak lahir, biasanya
berhubungan degan mikroftalmus (bola mata mengecil)
E.Sikatrik :disebabkan oleh kontraksi konjungtiva
palpebra, dengan atau tanpa berhubungan dengan
tarsal plate.

SIKATRIKS ENTROPION

1. E. Spastik : - peradangan okuler akut

- bebat mata yg lama
biasanya terjdi pd orang yang tua..
. E. Senil ( usia 70-75 th) ok :
- kurangnya lemak orbita, elastisitas kulit
konjungtiva berkerut

SENILE ENTROPION

 2. E. Mekanik (semua umur, pdu palp. Inferior) ok :

enoftalmus (kurangnya lemak orbita), anoftalmus,
mikroftalmus, kalazion, hiperplasi konjungtiva, atrofi
bulbi.

GEJALA KLINIK : IRITASI

Lakrimasi
Fotofobi
Nyeri
Ulkus kornea
Kekeruhan kornea
Vaskularisasi kornea
( DD : Trikiasis)

TERAPI
Non operasi u/ Entropion Spastik :
1. Pemakaian protesa ( atrofi bulbi / post enukleasi)
2. Eversi palpebra dgn plester adhesive di permukaan
luar palpebra
3. Epilasi : mencabut cilia yg menyentuh bola mata

b. Jahitan diatas kancing plastik (1 mgg
dibuka)

a. Kauterisasi Ziegler membentuk jar parut
b. Modifikasi Ziegler

EPIKANTUS
Merupakan anomali kongenital
It is a semicircular fold of skin which covers
the medial canthus. It is a bilateral condition and
may disappear with the development of nose. It is
a normal facial feature in Mongolian races. It is
the most common congenital anomaly of the lids.
Treatment consists of plastic repair of the
deformity.
